We absolutely loved our stay with the Constantines! They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, left us lovely cookies and showed us around the local area. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and the location was amazing - we walked to the beach every day and popped to local wineries and farms. Can't wait to come back!

Cozy apartment exactly as pictured with beautiful outdoor space. House is in very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Manny is a wonderful host that clearly enjoys his community and hosting guests.

Manny and his wife are excellent host. Very responsive. The apartment is well maintained. The property is beautiful and manicured. Location is really great. You are very close to beaches on the Long Island Sound and Great Pelican Bay. Very good rental for small families.

The apartment was lovely. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Manny & Amal are excellent hosts and provided lots of incidentals to make us feel at home. The landscaping is beautiful and so calming and peaceful as well. The local beach and sunsets were great! Lots to do in the area with wineries, breweries, parks, and restaurants. We will definitely return in the future.

Great hosts in North Fork

We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time.

Perfect vacation stay

Manny and Amal are thoughtful and welcoming hosts. We are so glad we found this lovely spot. From the welcoming treats to restaurant tips, we were looked after beautifully. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and the garden is a lush retreat. We were a short walk from an unspoiled beach- a sanctuary for sea birds. Manny is always available to answer questions or provide tourism info. Mattituck on the North Fork is a beautiful spot from which to explore. First class restaurants are a short drive away.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in Mattituck. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and given the extreme heat of this week we were all very thankful for the great air conditioning. The location of the unit is also fantastic.

Sweet quiet place by the beach

We enjoyed Manny and Amal’s place. It was a short walk from the beach. Beautiful garden and very welcoming hosts. It is a basement apartment which kept it cool on hot days. The kitchen had more of a toaster oven than an oven but otherwise was usable with some creativity. The grill was great. Having only one key was tricky but we worked it out. A keypad entry would be a great upgrade. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and would definitely stay again.

Fall Getaway

You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants and happenings in the area. Overall, Manny will go out of his way to make your getaway very enjoyable. Highly recommended, my wife and I will definitely be back.

The property was beautifully landscaped and the accommodations were very clean. I was greeted upon my arrival and given a short tour of my accommodations and the owner made himself available for any assistance I may have needed.

Convenient, quiet, and comfortable

Manny and Amahl were absolutely fantastic hosts: knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The property is centrally located - just a short drive into town - and the beach is an easy walk. It was perfect for us and our 5-year-old.

Pleasant stay

Everything was great! Manny and Amal are wonderful hosts. Very clean, beach, short walk or drive with beautiful sunsets and close to all the places we came to visit. Mattituck has quaint little main village type downtown, worth visiting, very good food, and friendly people.

4th of July Break

We had a fantastic time at Manny’s apartment. The unit is perfect for a small family break (we brought our 10 month old) who was happy to crawl around the apartment. Literally a 5 min walk to the beach and plenty to offer in the surrounding wine farms, restaurants and markets. Manny was brilliant from the moment we booked. Gave us the best directions to avoid traffic and was there when we arrived and left. Even joined us for a drink in the evening after the our daughter went to sleep. Lots of great tips and suggestions for things to keep us busy. We will be back again.

Great place to stay to explore north fork and enjoy close beach

Manny was a perfect host. Friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Apartment was large and perfect. Table in backyard with grill encouraged you to be outside while at the VRBO. Beach was within walking distance. Main bedroom was large-kitchen was great. Highly recommend this place. Perfect for our needs.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with Manny. Hospitality and lodging were incredible. It was an easy drive to restaurants, wineries and shops. We were all over the North and South Forks and this was a great home base. I can’t say enough great things about how friendly and kind Manny was to us. We would love to come back and stay here! 5 stars!

Sisters weekend

My grandfather came to Mattituck in the early 1950's to retire. As a child I have fond memories of spending summers here, fishing with my grandfather, going to the beach and playing ball with my summer friends. Each year we would reacquaint and to this day many of us are still coming out in the summer. In 2007 I retired with my wife and began the process of building this home as my year round residence.
