We are very sorry to hear that the second floor location made your stay more challenging, especially given the injuries you mentioned. We did not have any indication that a first floor unit was required, and we apologize for any miscommunication when making the reservation through VRBO. All of our three bedroom condos at this specific location are located on the second floor, while our two bedroom condos are on the first floor. Had we known a first floor unit was needed, we would have gladly explained that it is not an option at this location and arranged accommodations at one of our nearby properties that do offer first floor units. All of our condos are comparable and provide the same resort style amenities. We take great pride in our customer satisfaction and in offering options to accommodate a wide range of guest needs to ensure the best stay possible. We truly appreciate your 4 star review and hope to have the opportunity to earn a 5 star review on your next visit.

Yes, we had some issues that impacted our enjoyment. Based on the high cost of the rental , we found them unacceptable. - Broken toilet paper holder in the master bath, fell off day one- Broken patio table, could not use- Light in Living room didn’t work- Bad key for pool/fitness, missed a day of use- Nasty grill at pool, could not use- Very Slow internet- Washer/Dryer very noisy- Shared Bathroom fan was very loud - Broken iron- TV in front bedroom was horrible definition- unwatchableIt was our first time (possibly the last time) we used VRBO, and we were not impressed!

Everything was excellent. Having a garage was an extra bonus since we brought bicycles and they were easy to store in the garage.

Host is the management company. Period lots of little things wrong with the condo that could’ve been easily fixed before our arrival. Owner needs to do a walk-through of the property as microwave was not working. Garage door fob was not working vertical blind to the patio did not work had to be replaced. Screens were falling off. Lightbulbs were out. Banister was not secured to the wall. Door knobs were hanging loose. Fortunately the view is awesome. Additionally, the repair folks were quite responsive. Never had to call a VRBO owner or maintenance before this was the first and only time we had to do that.

Great condo, great experience!

Condo was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Location was nice, pool was nice, all amenities were really great. The master shower needed minor maintenance to turn shower on/off, but that was the only hiccup. Highly recommend!

Good to get out of the cold

clean area and easy to get around. place was clean and near tpc and main roads.we did not spend much time at the place so it worked out well for what we needed.

Great location great rental right by the golf course

We had a great time staying at this condo it is right off the departure end of the airport you get to watch jet takeoff all day long Only issue was neighbor below us complain frequently about our noise we have a 2 1/2 year-old.
