TWO 3 bdrm condos in Grayhawk, resort pool & mountain views grnd or top floor

We have 2, 3 bedroom condos. One on the top floor with a view over a pool or one on the ground floor next to a pool. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property of 1300 sq ft with 2 decks, poolside location, privacy, and mountain views, has everything you need for a complete and memorable vacation. Recently renovated, it's ready to be used. Just bring your clothes and come. We have pools, clubhouses, bikes, pool tables... you name it.

Our company has been around for a decade and has a BBB rating of A+.

We have Multiple Grayhawk Properties located within several Grayhawk communities. Unfortunately, there are HOA rules that do not allow short-term bookings. Therefore, we are not revealing the specific properties nor their pictures, to protect the privacy of the owners who wish to rent to you. Note that once we have confirmed that you do not belong to or represent a Grayhawk HOA, then we will be able to confirm which 3-bedroom property is available for booking. We will then send you the pictures of that property for your approval. We hope you understand.

Great condo with great amenities, including generous number of supplies (more than enough for 2 weeks), large closets, comfortable beds. We also appreciated the welcome basket and information. The location was very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.

Loved being here

We loved everything about this condo, management company, and community. The management company has an A BBB rating and I can say that it is THAT good (professional, smart, transparent, and very helpful). We have been out to Scottsdale a few times in the past and as we get older, we want to come out all the time in spring. However, none of our past stays had the amenities - 2 clubhouses, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, exercise building (not a little room but a large building), movie theatres, where my husband watched any and all college B ball games. He was in sports heaven and I was at Ross, T J Max, and Marshalls nearly every day. The Welcome Package that had tons of things to do and we hit 4 of the 30 restaurants suggested and we loved all of them. The condo definitely had what we needed, some recent tasteful renos, wonderful, warm decorating, it was very quiet, and they left us pickle ball rackets/balls so we played every day - courts are right next to the community - 5 min walk. 2 balconies for sun/shade rocking chairs. It feels like a treehouse because the deck is in the trees and there are no neighbours- completely private. Even had friendly humming birds fly right up to me to say hi. There is a view of the pool mountains from half of the condo. A very serene place at night because of how the pool is lit. I couldn’t believe we could see so many stars at night…. We will be staying here again when we come back in 2 years. I highly recommend this condo, community, and company.

Staying at this 3-bedroom condo on the top floor that overlooked the quiet pool and exercise building, was an exceptional experience. We spent several weeks there (even though it states 3 nights, as we booked through VRBO and then with the company that manages this condo); We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The company and its management team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless stay. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their A rating with the Better Business Bureau.Booking shorter-termed rentals through VRBO is tricky, but, after hopping through a few hoops and talking with the management, the reservation process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the tons of details that were provided in the Welcome Package.This very private condo offered breathtaking views of the mountains, the property, and the quiet pool from just two flights up. The illuminated quiet pool, seen from the master, second bedroom and deck, created an enchanting atmosphere at night, making our stay feel truly special. The amenities exceeded our expectations.The environment was safe, peaceful, and complemented by friendly neighbors. Covered parking with bright lighting and on-site security further enhanced our sense of comfort. The property managers provided prompt, round-the-clock support whenever needed.I would recommend this property and management without hesitation, as we have already secured our booking for next year.
