Ski Trail Lodge II is a true ski mountain home, located off Ski Trail Lane, just 100 yards from the ski slopes. It is a very spacious home offering multiple living spaces and expansive views! Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Ski Trail Lodge II can accommodate a large group. The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living room is T-shaped and very open, with gorgeous slate tile running through the main floor living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for larger groups and offers seating for 10+ at a banquet style dining table. The living room has cozy seating and wood burning fireplace, and access to the deck.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor as well, with vaulted ceilings, terrific views, king bed, and attached bathroom. The lower level has the other 3 bedrooms and an additional living space.

WINTER SHUTTLE - This home enjoys complimentary on-demand shuttle service through the ski season. The winter shuttle offers easy transportation to the slopes and downtown.

*4WD Vehicle is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway*

Ski Trail Lodge I (90ST1) and Ski Trail Lodge II (90ST2) can be rented together to accommodate a group of up to 24 people.

DOG FRIENDLY HOME: This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.

The house is gorgeous. The grounds are gorgeous. The views are amazing. We loved our stay. They were very easy to work with. The kitchen was so well stocked. There was so much seating. We were very impressed by all the seating, and it was well displayed. If I was to complain about anything, it would just be perhaps they could put box fans in the rooms. In the summertime with no AC it got a little warm.

Great location, perfect for a getaway with friends.

Slopes are less than 150’ away from the nicely located stairs that walk up to the property. Could not imagine a better spot and home for the price

Amazing views

The views off the balcony are stunning in October. The property itself is well-designed with lots of space for a larger group. This was our second stay at this property and we are looking forward to coming back again.

Great location and beautiful home

The house is very conveniently situated next to the Christie lift with access to the main base/gondola. Super easy on/off mountain which was amazing. And the home is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had a great time and will try to rent this home again!

Fantastic rental in Steamboat!! Summer or winter!!

Our family stayed in this rental and had a fantastic time. Steamboat is always a wonderful place but this rental made it truly a special get away. The unit was in great condition, PLENTY of room for our family and the deck was outrageous! The views were unbelievable and we spent many a wonderful evening on the deck with family!! Loved it!!

Family Wedding in Steamboat

This vacation rental has it all! Views galore, big yard, two decks, a large hot tub, and lots of parking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a large group needs. The beds were very comfortable - including the Murphy bed and pullout couch. All around an amazing place to stay! We'll be back!

Wonderful experience

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was the only house in the area with a grass lawn, which our dog and kids really loved. The view is fantastic! Location was convenient and layout was perfect for an extended family. Property manager was very helpful to allow an early check in. Highly recommend!

Week in Steamboat

This was a great place to stay with my family and dogs! There is a great yard for the kids and dogs to run and play. The house is huge and we all had plenty of room. There is a beautiful view from the deck. We spent a lot of time out there! Kitchen was well stocked. The windows are in a bit of disrepair but mainly we had them open so it was okay. We would stay here again!

My whole family stayed! The 9 of us had an excellent time. Gorgeous property and the best location. Some windows were unable to open and the lack of AC made it very hot during afternoons but that’s just part of mountain life. I would love to rent again

Good House in a Great Location

Overall, we were very pleased with this home and would stay here again. Our group, a collection of 30-something college buddies, stayed for 3 nights. We were pleased with the spacious layout and plenty of privacy for a larger group. The hot-tub and sauna were nice. We were surprised how easy the ski-access is. While you can't ski right up to the house, the walk to/from the slopes is easy in ski-boots and +/- 30 seconds.

Family Friendly Retreat Slopeside

We came up for a race with 5 adults and 3 kids. Everything was super clean, easy to use, lots of extras (blankets, towels, pillows, etc.). Hot tub was so fun, clean and well maintained. AMAZING VIEWS!!! One thing to note is that it is 100 yards from the Christie Peak midway dropoff, not the base. Summer access to the bass area is about a 1/2 mile hike down the ski slope - then back up. A little steep and straight of a hike for our littles and elderly parents. For skiing would be NO problem!

Great property for a large group!

This property was a great size and had great amenities. There was a two car garage and a spacious yard for dogs. The deck is an amazing feature and provides cool views of steamboat. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom attached. I wish that you didn’t have to check in at an office but it wasn’t really too much of an inconvenience. I hope that the house gets updated a little and adds screens to all of the windows. The place could be cleaner but I also understand how dirt can pile up when the windows are always open (some without screens) during the summer. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again.
