Berghaus Lodge South is an enchanting townhome split over three levels with several fireplaces, multiple lounge areas, and two car garage, a private hot tub, and mountain views. Enter the home and be welcomed by the vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and wide open floor plan on the main level. The leather living room sectional centers around a large flat screen TV and is warmed by a roaring stone gas fireplace. Kick back in front of the live edge coffee table and enjoy the gorgeous valley views out the living room picture windows. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, huge four burner gas stove, two sinks, and an island that serves as a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining table seats up to six and is nestled between two large windows providing wonderful views of the Yampa Valley. Finally, completing the main level living area is a wet bar and stereo system located on the edge of the open room. The Primary King Suite is located on this level. This suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with dual sinks. Surrounding the back side of the entire main level is a massive deck that can be accessed from the living room or main level Primary King Suite.

The upper level contains a loft area with a work desk, printer, meeting table, and two more bedrooms. The second bedroom is a suite that has a King bed and is complete with its own lounge with fireplace, private balcony, flat screen TV and leather couch. Additionally, this suite contains an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. You're going to want to call dibs! The third bedroom on the upper level also has a King bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private balcony with ski area views.

The lower level of the home contains the Bunk Room and additional lounge area. The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids with a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a Queen bed. The lower level lounge is another entertainment hub of the home with ample seating, and an additional sleeper sofa hosting one Queen pull out bed, flat screen TV, card gaming table, and access to the private hot tub and backyard.
