Welcome to your paradise escape right here in Kawartha Lakes. Kawartha Lake Cottage Resort is the perfect waterfront property that sits at Pigeon Lake and is a part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. This spacious cottage is designed to meet all your vacation needs, and is the perfect place to entertain and spend time with your family and friends while staying close to home.

The cottage has three bedrooms, three full size bathrooms, and an outside Bunkie that sleeps two with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds, and two sofa beds are located on the lower level. The cottage is designed to sleep 10+2 comfortably throughout the home and Bunkie.

Escape to serenity upon entering the lower level where you will find a Jacuzzi hot tub, a bar, and an indoor activity center. For entertainment, the home is equipped with a T.V on each floor with access to Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances to meet all your daily kitchen needs.

The large windows on each floor offer a breath-taking view of the Lake. Step outside from each floor onto the patio/deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or to immense into tranquility. The upper deck has a BBQ, chairs and tables, with umbrella to provide overhead coverage.

Outside in the back, you will find a private swimming pool with 2 beach chairs and a table. Enjoy evenings under the Gazebo while sitting in front of a warm fire pit. The 2 docks provide additional stunning views of Pigeon Lake. Enjoy swimming, hiking, campfires, movies.
This waterfront property is less than a 5-minute drive to Bobcaygeon Town, where you will find amazing amenities, entertainment, activities, restaurants, and grocery stores.

As part of your stay, you will be provided with free Wi-Fi access and access to Kayaks. Please bring your own life vests.

Please note this cottage is for families and small groups of friends who want to enjoy a peaceful getaway. Parties and loud music that will disrupt neighbors is prohibited at this cottage.

Please note in Winter times from Mid October to End of May Docs and Pool will not be accessible.

Great family getaway destination

I had a great stay. We went up with 3 families, each with two kids and everyone had a blast. The house has a spectacular kitchen with an open concept that accommodated all of us comfortably. Location was great, quick drive from Toronto and then you’re immediately on a lake. Kids loved heading on the lake with kayaks, the gas fireplace, and just lounging in the pool. The town was also very close to pick up any last minute supplies and to just walk around with nice little shops and restaurants. Would recommend for sure.

Fun Gateway at an Incredible Property

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed all the amenities. We particularly loved the indoor hot tub, private dock, the firepit, the large kitchen, and the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The surroundings were serene and quiet, but there wasn't too much privacy as the property was very close to the neighbours. The hosts were very helpful and quick in answering all our questions, and even accommodated all our requests, which made our experience extra special. Thank you Jaspreet and Jarmanjit!

The property was absolutely amazing, and everyone in our group had a fantastic stay. The open living space was perfect for gathering, and there were plenty of bathrooms (4) to comfortably accommodate our large group. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free trip.The heated floors were a treat, and the indoor sauna, hot tub, and outdoor heated pool were definite highlights of our stay. Tons of kayaks, paddle boats, 2 docks, and the outdoor area was immaculate.Its location is great, just a short drive into town with lots of restaurants to choose from (and don’t miss Kawartha’s ice cream!).The host was outstanding; quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. When we mentioned we needed a vacuum, she went out and bought a brand new one for the property.Overall, 10/10 experience. We would absolutely come back again!

Great for a family stay

Great home and very well equipped.We just found the outside of the property was not clean or swept. So many spiders cobwebs and dirt. Inside black dirt came out of jets in tub upstairs BBQ was not cleaned. We cleaned windows and swept ourselves. Pool was great for the wee ones. We enjoyed our stay

Pigeon Lake Lakefront Gem

Fabulous location! Less than 10 minutes to the heart of Bobcaygeon main strip restaurants, shopping, and necessities. Grandsons had a blast watching the locks in action. Waterfront at the cottage was immaculate and the water was very clear. The large pergola with gas fire pit was an evening ritual whether toasting marshmallow for S’mores or a nightcap. Jaspreet was always at the ready to address every question we had in an exceptionally timely manner; great host! Thank you again.

Lovely stay in breathtaking location

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, clean cottage in a stunning lakeside setting with our extended family and children. The property is well-kept and definitely delivered on many aspects of the ‘luxury’ experience. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the property managers, who quickly addressed some of the issues we encountered. However, we were disappointed that the sauna, which was a key feature we were looking forward to, was not working, and we were not made aware of this beforehand. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Additionally, the shower in the bunkie didn’t work initially, though it was resolved by the end of the week. Given the premium price, we did expect fewer maintenance issues. Overall, a pleasant stay, but these inconveniences did detract slightly from the experience.

A wonderful place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our time here and communication with the owner was excellent. The house was exactly as described and the amenities available were appreciated by us. We particularly enjoyed the kayaking and sitting around the fire pit. I would highly recommend this beautiful home on the water to get together with friends or family.

Beautiful place

Beautiful property with lots of amenities to keep you occupied during hot and wet days. The pool was great, clean and great temperature. The kayaks were not in great shape, most of them are missing plugs so they fill with water shortly after taking them out. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better but overall the place was cleaned. All in all we enjoyed stay and would return again.

Nice Place & Friendly Host

Beautiful main cottage with lots of space and amenities. The waterfront is clean and clear with two docks, and paddle boards were provided. The lot is a bit narrow, but it is done up nicely to maximize your experience. The pool is on the smaller side, but it's the perfect size for children. The key pad on the front door is a bit confusing, although the Host was super responsive and helped us immediately. The only minor complaint would be that the cottage & bunkie could have been cleaner. Overall, this is a beautiful place with a super friendly and responsive host!

Showstopper!

Hosted my sisters bachelorette here. Everything was AMAZING! It’s as pretty as the pictures show. The bunkie was a nice escape for some of the moms-to-be. The pool is small, perfect for lounging around and it heats up fast. BBQ is hooked to a gas line, no need for propane. Note, although this property sleeps 12, it does not have a table or enough chairs to eat 12 together. We brought a folding table to add to the dining room one night, and used the patio chairs. Highly recommend :)

Blown away by this cottage

I stayed at the cottage last weekend and it was amazing. The house layout was perfect for gatherings, the decor made you feel right at home on the main level and the upper bedroom. The lower level was a cozier cottage atmosphere making the cottage a perfect blend of the two. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gazebo fireplace were used everyday and easy to use. We liked that there was sufficient outdoor lighting for the evenings. The host was always available on text or call for any questions we had. Through and through this was the most enjoyable cottage we have all stayed at.

Fantastic experience

Amazing facilities and a fun time for the entire family. Pictures provided were accurate and in some instances did not do it justice, considering the beautiful view of the sunrise. Everything was in great working order. From the beginning, communication was excellent and the owners were available for any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful getaway

Absolutely stunning house with top-end amenities and a lovely lakeside lounging area. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and spent most of the time outside on the deck. All the patio umbrellas have solar LED lights, which came in handy at night. Very thankful for the pool, as the lake was murky and rocky. Lots of kayaks to enjoy, and the bunkie was perfect for a little more privacy for those who want it. You won’t be disappointed when renting this gem of a property!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this cottage. The cottage's facilities were great; the kitchen was roomy and well equipped, rooms were good and beds comfortable, and the resort-style bunker was a welcomed surprise. The covered gas firepit was amazing, spent our nights enjoying the beautiful tranquility. Jaspreet and her brother were very responsive when we had a situation arise. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful Backyard

Jaspreet's communication was very good and very accommodating. It was a very nice home with a beautiful backyard and amazing sunrises. Good selection of kayaks which was great for fishing on the lake. The house could use some TLC though. Little things like shower light hanging by the wires, closet doors pulled off, ac stopped working for one day due to condenser being frozen, bbq brush has no wires left, the bunks main doors took a lot of effort to lock since dead bolt would not line up and be aware no towels are provided. No dish towels, bathing towels and only 2 hand towels for 4 bathrooms. No spare linens or pillows. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Half the pool cues were missing tips.

Lovely get away, minutes from Bobcaygeon

Gorgeous water front property with plenty of amenities. Unfortunately weather limited our use of the swimming pool and kayaks but found plenty of things to keep us entertained indoors. Neighbours are close so if you are planning on having some sort of raging party, this ain't the one. Lovely quiet street, very friendly. Stunning views - a lovely experience all around.
