Enjoy being just steps from the beach, many restaurants, family entertainment and more! This cozy 1 bedroom condo located in North Ocean City, MD sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Orleans Court also offers a beautiful outdoor pool!

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

* All of Coastal Resort`s vacation rental properties require Guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets, towels, and pillow cases). For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package at an additional cost. This package includes sheet sets and towel sets for the maximum occupancy.

The unit was cute but it was not cleaned neither did the ac work in the bedroom or the living said they were sending maintenance out he came said it didn’t work and hvac was supposed come and never did. The people who lived in the complex were racist said thing to my kids and mad them feel uncomfortable.

Looks cuter than it is

Upon entering it smells musty and old. The refrigerator was not cooling Had to keep getting ice to keep dairy cool in a cooler. Bathroom radiator was blowing hot air. Linens I pre ordered were not the correct size for our bedding and missing one set. promised A call from management and that never happened !

Nice quick getaway

It’s a one bedroom condo near the beach - no frills. Property has a pool which was a plus - but the condo community property manager should have it cleaned more often and add some clarifier to clear the water. Have to have quarters for laundry. Place was exactly as posted - fit our family of four nicely. Easy walk to the beach and quiet at night. A little pricey with all the extra fees but oh well - we planned last minute.

Fabulous Vacation!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Orleans Court Condo!!! My husband and I stayed for 6 days with our two boys (7 & 10) and couldn’t have been happier. The condo is in a great location, was very clean and spacious and we were surrounded by a great, friendly vibe and group of people. It was one of our best family vacations to date! There was so much to do right there within walking distance or a short drive.

Ok venue but killed by fees and lack of communication

The rooms were ok and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. The whole place was damp and smelled, but there were a dozen or so glade air fresheners to help. The reasonable price would have been perfect for what the place was - decent but not great.... if not for the hundreds of dollars in fees for our three night stay. For the amount it ended up being, we could have stayed at the Hilton. A large part of that was a cleaning fee. So image in our surprise when we got there and there was a note on the fridge explaining how we would have to clean when leave - wipe out the fridge, vacuum, take out the trash, etc to "keep down the rate" and implied we should be grateful since there "was no cleaning fee". When we were checking out (after we cleaned the whole place), there was a big neon sign at the property management building announcing "no cleaning fees". So I went back to my receipt and SURE ENOUGH - cleaning fees. I have emailed the company three times in the last nine days since we got home with no resolution. Next I guess is disputing the charges with my credit card company. So frustrating. If I have to bring my own linens, blankets, toilet paper and tissues... if I have to do my own housekeeping and clean someone else's home... why I am paying MORE than a hotel??? RIP OFF.

beach days

The condos are located right on the Coastal Highway. Don't rent one that faces that busy street. The pool and pool area was awesome and very close to the beach. This unit is big enough for 2 adults ONLY! The king bed is very comfortable.It states can sleep 6 people. Ridiculous.The queen pull out takes up the whole room and is a terrible old mattress . It had a sandy dirty mattress pad on it.Awful.There were candy, wrappers,and toys under the sofa. Had not been cleaned under! Where they think you would put a blow up mattress is beyond me. I was told there would be blankets and clean bedspreads. There were not.(You bring your own sheets.) The king bedspread that was there was very stained,old and dirty. The rental company was kind enough to bring 2 new bed spreads but no blankets. Kitchen was adequete but could use some organizing.No dish washer. Overall,not a bad place for 2 people.
