Each villa has its own: private fenced pool, air conditioning in lounge, Unlimited Internet, outside entertainment & bbq area, oven & cook top, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

Relax in your very own private pool or enjoy the sun on your own private decking.

Konoha Central Villas was built and designed to provide everyone, from all walks of life, with the opportunity to enjoy modern living at a fraction of the price.

- Checkout is strictly 10am and Check in is 4pm. This allows our cleaners and
maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in.
- Policy: Single reservation check out date

- 3x Villas are side by side which can be noisy depending on number of guests.
- Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night.
- Roosters may crow in the mornings.
- We are on the backroad, not on the beach.

Beautiful property. Over fully equipped kitchen, great size fridge and BBQ. Air con was cos it was really hot during the day and night. The laundry facilities an absolute bonus. Could not fault it anywhere. Would stay again. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous stay.

Great place, kids loved the pool and the location was super handy for us.Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook in terms of utensils and pots.Big rooms with some storage as well. Loved that there was an outdoor sitting area too!

Awesome place to stay

Loved our stay here and will be back!!! Great location, close to town. Had everything we needed. Was great having our own pool to cool down in. Great communication with the owner and the cleaner lady was sooo lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend this accommodation and cant wait to go back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. I found the location great as was very sheltered from the wind. Had an area under cover so great for the washing and chilling out if it’s raining. Had everything we needed, a private pool, full size kitchen with all appliances, the washing machine was also great. Didn’t hear other guests. Would definitely stay here again. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend to all.

Nice 3 bedroom villa which did the job for what we were looking for on our holiday. Villa was pretty clean and tidy. Pool smaller than looks in the photo but in saying that it was perfect for the 5 of us. Nice quiet location that is easily accessible to most things in Taro. Eould happily stay again.Was in

The photos weren’t quite accurate as to how big the place actually is. No communication with host. Location was close to town which was great. Clean place. Pool locked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Overall not a bad stay.

Our stay

The location was awesome. close to Soul Cafe, and TEM store, not far from town centre. Pool was great but needed a proper service after 4-5 days. it was small and we swam every day, multiple times a day. I don't mind the 1/2 bugs which might be expected but, more than 13 cockroaches in one night, is 13 too many. Huge. That was the only downfall for our family. Lovely hosts though.

Kia orana Margy, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately when there is a large number of people using the pool as it was also shared with your family next door in Villa 2 and friends staying elsewhere, the pool can get murky quickly. However as soon as we were told about the state of the pool, we came in immediately to service it. As for the cockroaches outside that were attracted to the Villa, we apologise for this. This was an unusual event and the first time we've encountered this issue since we built the Villa. After being informed of this issue, we took immediate action and sprayed the surrounding outside area of the property with insecticide. We also left additional spray for guests to use in the unlikely event that this happens again. In spite of this, we were glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay. Look forward to having you guys again!

Convenient location, island vibe

1. We found the place very convenient & close to main centre. 2. Small place but had all amenities. 3. The place was stylishly decorated and gave an island atmosphere. 1. Description did mention about neighbors, just unlucky to have loud ones haha so bear in mind that it may be noisy. 2. Had the middle room because I checked in the last in family, this room I found very hot & humid as there isn’t any airflow apart from the door itself. 3. I found the aircon fine, however my dad struggled with the heat as he is heat intolerant.

Beautiful villa

Villa was beautiful and clean! Better then the pictures, was also the perfect distance from town. Highly recommend staying here, family was more then happy with accommodation, we’ll stay here every time we come to Raro.
