We love this cottage in Greensboro!

Two moms and their daughters stayed here for a soccer showcase located 20 minutes from this cottage. We all loved everything about this rental. The cottage was clean, VERY WELL STOCKED, cutely decorated and so comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch with our drinks in the afternoons watching all the neighbors walk by with the dogs, kids, etc. The neighborhood is so quaint, well-maintained, and conveniently located so you can easily walk to restaurants and grocery shop. We all said we could definitely live here!

Outstanding Property, Beautiful Location!

This was our second visit to Casa Verde, and both visits were exceptional. Natalie was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our visits. The property was recently renovated and is very well equipped throughout. 6 couples would be more than comfortable sharing the home. The house is spotless and well maintained. The backyard has a lovely outdoor table and fire pit, nestled in a partially (privacy) fenced yard. Best of all, this house is a very short walking distance to several fun eateries. The neighborhood is very charming - great for a walkabout! You won't be disappointed here!

This home was the best stocked vrbo home I have ever stayed in. very clean, quite neignborhood. You can walk to small grocery store and restuarants. owner was very informative. Wish we could have explored more of Greensboro.

Once again, we had the pleasure of staying at Casa Verde...and it was just as nice as it was in our previous trips. It's fully equipped for long or short stays, very clean, and the location is second to none! We're already booked for another stay!

6 of us strayed at this cute house for a family wedding in Greensboro. We loved walking to the restaurants nearby + sitting on the decks + the breakfast at Scrambled was the best!

Business trip

We had a great time. The house us beautiful the owner is wonderful and very responsive. It has everything you need so you don't have to pack your whole house while travelling. Very pleased with the experience in whole. We will be back.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second trip to Casa Verde, and it was just as good as the first trip! The house was meticulously clean, had all the necessary amenities, and as comfortable as our own home. This is THE BEST location if you are in for an event at the Greensboro Sports Complex, and it's only about 1.5 miles from the Friendly Center (shopping, restaurants, etc). We will be back!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Casa Verde was spectacular in every way! We had an absolutely fabulous time, it was so peaceful and relaxing yet also close enough to everything you could want or need to do! We spent a week there and were said to have to leave. We will be back again!

Lovely Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Verde while visiting family in Greensboro. The house was very clean and comfortable as advertised with lots of thoughtful touches for renters. We especially enjoyed the front porch, walking to restaurants in the neighborhood and dinner on the table out back. Would definitely rent again! Checking in and out was easy and Natalie was very responsive!

The home was charming, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was great (we cooked breakfast) and the home is within walking distance of a coffee shop and good eateries. Nice outdoor areas and neighborhood. Communication and thoughtful touches were nice. We plan to stay again!

Very nice house, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. House was very close to everything we wanted to explore. Great location! The kitchen was really nice. I loved how open it was. They had a nice storage closet in the laundry with more kitchen items. Well Done! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and loved flirting with the dogs on both sides of the house. (They were behind sturdy fences for those concerned.) Loved the fact that they had a little lantern for outside in the laundry room! Cute touch! I felt the bedrooms could have had a few more hooks/places to put your suitcases. Maybe a hook in the Master Bath to hang your travel kit. A couple of those details would be easy to fix and would make the stay even more enjoyable!

Beautifully Renovated, Great Neighborhood

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and truly feel that this was one of the best. The owners did a terrific job renovating the property. Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully done. While we were only two adults, the space would easily (and comfortably) accommodate 6. The house was extremely well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen, and the location was just around the corner from some great restaurants and a small grocery store. Lot's of flat neighborhoods (with sidewalks) for walking about. This is a perfect spot for when we visit family in the Greensboro area. We hope to return!

Annual Women's ACC Tournament trip

Perfect location for a Greensboro Coliseum event. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy walk to the Arboretum and Lindley Park neighborhoods. Beautiful house with all the amenities to be a great home base. We didn't have the opportunity to use the fire pit and back yard area, but it is perfectly set up for evenings outside. Roomy kitchen and dining room area, plenty of seating in the living room, and 3 nice bedrooms. The only thing we would change is the zero ply toilet paper in the bathrooms! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Verde! It was clean, cozy, very well appointed, and the location was in a great part of town. It was a really cool property! The owner was easy to communicate with and response time was immediate! We've already booked another stay!

A great stay during Christmas

Stayed with my family during the Christmas holidays. Lots of space for 4 people and the fire pit in the back yard was such a fun thing to have! Great location. Walk 2 blocks and you have restaurants and grocery. Would highly recommend.

Short stay in a pinch

Booked last minute due to some issues with our house. Really great location and house. Convenient and walkable to the local “corner” that has multiple restaurants, coffee shop, and local geocery. Property manager super responsive and helpful! Would recommend and will use for family coming in town. Thank you!
