This gorgeous townhome with cheery corals and a beachy vibe makes the perfect townhome for your Cinnamon Shore vacay!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second-floor primary gathering space welcomes your group with a large sectional sofa in the cozy living room. The dining room table, which seats 8, has a waterfall edge and makes a great spot for meals and games. A fully stocked kitchen ensures the cook among your crew has everything to prep simple snacks or a gourmet meal. A powder room serves the space, while a laundry closet helps you keep resort wear and beach towels fresh. A side balcony adjacent to the living and dining spaces overlooks Hideaway Lane and has peeks of the Dune Pool!

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The primary suite on the second floor offers a king bed, lovely bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the Town Center lawn, where live music and activities happen during peak season and on special weekend in the shoulder seasons. The first floor welcomes family and friends with a second king bedroom. And a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds that sleep four also has its own private bathroom.

Perfect setup for two families to spend some time at the beach. The townhouse was great with an open kitchen allowing me to cook but socialize with everyone. Cinnamon Shores was wonderful and we plan on visiting again.

We have been going to Cinnamon shore for a few years now and this was probably our favorite property. The layout is very smart and accommodates our family so well. Very clean and comfortable. A bathroom in every room, perfect!! Love the big open family room and kitchen area.

'Winter' at the Beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness - our FIRST trip to Cinnamon Shore was amazing!! We went with family friends who always go in the 'off season' - which I was skeptical of thinking that maybe there wouldn't be as much 'to do' or weather would be weird, cafes/restaurants would be closed, etc. NOPE! Every interaction at CS made us feel like VIP's... and our two families were the ONLY ones with young kiddos there! (We had 6 kids under 5 between our two families lol!). It was a BLAST! Also - Making Waves is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked not only with everything you need (we love to cook!), but it's NICE - like Anthro dishes and the most comfy furniture. The space was perfect for us, our Nanny and 3 kids 3 & under! :) I didn't want to leave! In fact, we're already trying to decide when we can come back AND if buying is in our future... if you'er curious about CS, go in the 'off season' - it's much less expensive and you'll really get a feel for it all! Amazing memories were made!!

Pretty but not worth value

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well designed aesthetically however the pictures make it look much larger than it actually was when we arrived. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and felt very very cramped. The alarm to the home went off uncontrollably with no explanation multiple times a day and scared the kids. While cinnamon shores community is great for families the cost and value was disappointing for what we paid. The two pools were not very impressive and one looked so dirty and murky you didn’t even want to swim. I’ve been wanting to book a CS vacation for years but we were disappointed in what we paid for the value.

We had all of the amenities we could have asked for and the location was terrific. They even provided beach towels for their guests...something we had. It found at other homes in the area. We enjoyed the accommodations and restaurants Lisabella and Dylan’s within walking distance. We cannot wait to return and stay at Making Waves again! Definitely a Cinnamon Shores favorite.

First Class Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having lived in Texas for 25 years I can honestly say that this was the best vacation to the coast we have ever taken. The location affords great access to the beach. You can walk, rent a golf cart (and park it right in the carport) which is super fun especially for the kids. The property is brand new and it was immaculate. Even though we were not the first guests it seemed like we were! The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line appliances and has every amenity you could ask for. The beds, the decor and the furniture look fresh out of the catalog. Saying we were comfortable is an understatement! We spent one evening on the beach roasting marshmallows and the other one just down the street at the community fireside. We also watched movies on the gigantic living room screen. We enjoyed one of the 3 swimming pools and spent a sunny afternoon enjoying the ocean.The location of the unit is perfect. We stayed right on the center circle. It was not at all noisy and we were very close to the park where movies are played during the evening. There are also a couple of great restaurant options right on the premises. If you are considering a getaway to the coast this is a perfect place to stay. We couldn’t have been happier!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary (and more) to make family meals!The entire house was spotless clean, and very inviting for us. There is plenty room to relax, but also board games and bikes were there to make it a fun get away. We did not have to worry about anything, but having a nice family time. Definitely recommend this place. We would love to stay here again. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was available for us.

The only downside was the wifi was basically unusable in the downstairs bedrooms (although fine in the main living area). Unit needs a mesh network to better spread the wifi coverage.

I was skeptical about having a shared wall but you'd never know it wasn't a detached house. We'll be back again! The pools were great and the beach set ups were so convenient. Our umbrella got knocked over and the staff got it back up so fast, it was amazing. Cinnamon Shore is my favorite beach stop in Texas.

Cinnamon Shore is the BEST place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This town home was the perfect fit for us and was bigger than we expected for my family of 4 plus my parents. We cooked a big birthday dinner for dad in the kitchen, and they had every possible gadget and pan we needed! The kids thought the “hidden” stools were the best invention ever. The golf cart garage was so convenient for all the sandy beach gear and kept the golf cart seats from getting blistering hot. Having a private bath with every room was so convenient and we could all stay on the first floor while my parents had the second level to themselves at night. It’s right in the middle of the community so we could hear the music on the lawn from the balcony and drive to the big pool and beach in 60 seconds. I’ve stayed in a few places at CS before and I think I have a new favorite. The staff was as amazing as always and helped us book beach chairs and bonfires and gave us a great little hole-in-the-wall eatery in town to try that had the best fish tacos. We ate at the pizzeria and pool bar and had great foods there too. I love visiting Cinnamon Shore and it just keeps getting better. We are coming back for our first Christmas on the beach this year and once I know the length of time we can stay I’m booking again!
