This entire home in Port Aransas comfortably hosts up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, offering room to spread out and settle in. Each bedroom opens to its own balcony, giving you a peaceful place to step outside and take in the surrounding views. Parking, access, and policies

Free parking is available on the premises, with space for multiple vehicles in the community lot. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed. Please note that pets and animals are not permitted, and there is no garage access.



Casa La Playa community

Located within the Casa La Playa community, the home offers shared access to a lagoon-style pool, fishing opportunities in the community lake, and a boardwalk leading toward the beach. Golf carts are commonly used in the area, making it easy to explore the neighborhood and reach nearby attractions.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.



Please note: The property is accessible by golf cart, but golf cart travel is only permitted on the beach. Due to Port Aransas regulations, golf carts cannot access the bay side of Highway 361. Traveling between the property and town by golf cart along the beach typically takes about 20 minutes.
