This peaceful hilltop 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers a comfortable layout, beautiful surrounding island and sea views, and a relaxing upper-resort setting for your St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D32 sleeps up to 4 guests and sits in one of the resort’s most peaceful locations.

The villa features a separate living area furnished with a queen-size sofa sleeper, loveseat, large sitting chair, and flat-screen television. The king bedroom can be closed off from the living area with shutters for added privacy or left open so guests can wake up to the view. The bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full refrigerator, stovetop and oven combination, microwave, coffee maker, and two bar stools separating the kitchen from the dining area, where a glass table seats 4.

One of D32’s standout features is the private covered balcony flowing off the living area, offering breathtaking views of surrounding islands and cays. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle services also operate from the resort lobby throughout the 15-acre property. The resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs. While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
