The complex has 2 pools, one is an oceanfront swimming pool, barbecue area with gas grills, recreation room, free parking, and easy beach access.

The famous biking path that runs three miles along the Coconut Coast is right in front of the complex.

Conveniently located across the street is a full-service shopping center that includes Safeway, Starbucks, several restaurants and retail shops. You are a quick walk from anything you may need. Kapaa has the most eateries on the island, restaurants and grocery shopping right across the road.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was very clean and lots of room for my family. The host was very responsive as we needed to call her when we arrived to know where to park and which building the apartment was in. She answered and was very helpful. The Apartment is also just a few steps away from the beach. Overall a great experience

Convenient location. Easy walk to a walking, not swimming beach. Laundry facilities in unit very helpful. Not a direct beach view but pleasant view of mountains. Well equipped kitchen.

The host, workers, and everyone we got the pleasure of talking to, oh lets not forget the amazing chickens, birds and lizards were all amazing. The condo was beautiful inside and out, with beautiful gardens all around. The shower was perfect for a beachview condo, especially being only a few steps away from the private oceanfront with a variety of styles of chairs to sit in, plenty for the whole family. Not to mention the first evening on the beach we had a special visitor flop up near us (well within Hawaii safe viewing standards) smiling the whole time The Master Bedroom mattress has seen better days, this being my only con i can see for this place, until they change that out that is

The property was very nice. They have plenty of towels, including towels for the pool. The beach chairs available for use were a nice plus. Both of the pools on the property were nice. The couch bed is great for extra sleeping space, but it is a pretty tight fit when the bed is open. Finding the property at check in was difficult. It is not well marked that there are two buildings, and while it is obvious the two buildings are part of the same complex on the daytime, in the night it is not clear at all. The directions to the provided address go to the wrong building. Trying to reach out by text and phone to get clarification was completely unsuccessful. It was around 8 pm, so I would have expected a little better communication at that time. When they did get back to me, they were pleasant to deal with. However, I no longer needed assistance at that time. During our last night, the AC units both turned off and would not turn on again. Luckily, we were checking out soon. I let the host know about the issue, but didn't receive any communication back about it. Overall, it was a good place to sleep for the nights, and a good place to hang out at the pool, which is pretty much all we needed.

Good location especially arriving late at night as it is close to airport. Condo is very clean and updated, great for a family of 4. It is right by the highway so you will hear street traffic from the bedrooms at night.

This isn’t as much a review of the room, more a review of Candace from Kaua’i Calls. We got to the island, and I got a call from Candace saying that there was an issue with our room, so she put us up next door in the Waipouli Beach Resort for two nights. The issue didn’t go away, so we were able to stay in the Waipouli for the entire trip! I can’t thank Candace enough for helping us have a positive experience while we were here. She was gracious and responded in a very timely manner. Thank you!!!

Loved the close beach access to watch the sunrise. My kids loved having a pool. My husband loved having AC. Location is great, decent driving distance for our activities. First let me say that we had to postpone our trip from September and our host graciously moved our reservation. They were also quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with.The condo is cute and clean, well equipped with everything you need and is in a great central location. The beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer in the unit is a bonus. It’s steps from the beach and the pool is a nice option after a day of salty snorkeling! The room with the twin beds is open at the ceiling letting all the noise and light in from the kitchen/living area which is kind of a bummer. Also, the listing shows a hot tub and there isn’t one. Overall the condo worked out great for us. Truth be told, if you’re doing Kaua’i right you’re spending very little time in your housing!

Girls Trip

Great stay for myself and 2 friends. Very convenient location for all of our adventures and across the street from a grocery store with many restaurants and food trucks nearby. Hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
