Would definitely stay here again. Great pools for kids ages 4 and 6. Close to great beaches and shops. Beautiful landscaping. Well maintained.

New, tidy, well-appointed property. We loved our stay. We had everything we needed - beach towels, umbrella, chairs, laundry detergent and in-room washer and dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher. It was an easy drive to Hanalei and the North Shore beaches. We loved the convenience of the food trucks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Wyndham was filthy

This is more on Club Wyndham that anything. When we checked in, room wasn't ready at 4. Once it was ready closer to 5, we went to the room. It appeared nice as we entered. After looking closer, there was mold all over. The bathroom tub was so chipped. The tub faucet was broken and leaking water. It appears it had been broken for awhile because there was mold below faucet too. It didn't appear the bathroom was cleaned from previous guest as there were still dirt and hair in the tub. There was left over food debris in the drawers. The fans wouldn't work right. We talked to the front desk, they were willing to clean it but we said we wanted a different room. They eventually gave us a different room. It wasn't the same room we had though. When we arrived to the new room, it was incredibly dirty as well. We don't think it was cleaned either. There was massive build up of dust/lint on headboards. We swept up piles of dirt throughout the unit. There was a leftover razor blade in the bathtub as well as hair. The "jetted tub" didn't have a faucet to actually use as tub. There was crumbs of food still on the counter tops. By the time we got into our unit, it was very late. Wyndham gave us cleaning equipment to scrub and clean. We ended up staying the night. We spent 3 hours the next morning trying to deal with the VRBO Timeshare company listing the unit as well as Club Wyndham management. Not what we anticipated looking at pictures of the VRBO.

Loved working with Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas. We were in a housing dilemma with another hosting company and they pulled through with flying colors getting us what we needed. They worked hard at assisting us, and collecting the whole if our large group as close together as possible. Totally awesome. Close to MANY family friendly beaches, and discovered Queens Bath was walking distance from the resort. Loved the options at the resort also.

Bali Hai Villas is our home in Kauai. It's consistent, clean, staff are friendly. We love it. Air conditioning works. Bathrooms are nice sizes. Beds are comfy.

We were very comfortable with our stay at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas. The rooms were perfectly size, the kitchen was big enough for two people to work at the same time. They clean and well maintained. We found that Bali Hai Villas were located in just the right location for all the beaches and destinations we had chosen to visit. One of our surprise activities was Queens Bath, a walking distance from this location. The grills at the pool were fabulous also. Lot's of room for the many families to share the space of grilling and feeding the groups.

Lovely

This place is very beautiful. The pools are nice and the staff was friendly. The rooms have great air conditioning in you’re close to Hanalei. There’s a grocery store just over a mile away. It does take a while to get to other places on the island, but that was to be expected. This side the island is so beautiful and peaceful and this place made it very easy and comfortable.

Frankly, the Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas saved our vacation after another service cancelled on us less than 20 days before our arrival. We were all on the same property, All 5 families and the reservation services worked hard to collect us as close as possible. It's a fantastic property and the pools and b-b-q's were perfect. We visited Queens bath during the summer that is close by and that was super fun. The beaches that are close are family friendly and that was fantastic. Would definitely return again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The kids loved the pools! The guest services were helpful when we had questions.We were surprised that there was no beach gear included. Usually the Hawaii condos have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc in the closet. This unit had only a small cooler and we had to rent everything else we needed at high prices. We had a wonderful trip at this property!

The grounds are lovely The pools are wonderful. My 21 month old granddaughter loved the sandy beach area in the pool. The rooms have been upgraded from the horrid pink and teal pictures you see on line. Very tastefully done. We were very happy staying here and if we come back would chose it again.

Seven Nights @ Bali Hai

*Refrigerator not working properly*Toilet running every 10-15 minutes*Water all over bathroom floor caused by broken shower headWe were unable to check in our flight due to poor internet. Needed to use a computer in Owners' Lounge, but BOTH computers were out of order (??!) We have been vacationing in Hawai'i annually for the past 20 years. So far, this is our worst lodging experience...we would not recommend Wyndham Bali Hai to friends/family.
