Luxury home, fully renovated and decorated, in an excellent location, in a safe neighborhood with paved streets, accommodating up to 10 people. Spacious living room open to the dining room and kitchen, with 4 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 1 shared bathroom for the remaining bedrooms. Outdoor laundry area with a washing machine.
The property is fully furnished, with new appliances, kitchen utensils, and bedding, table linens, and bath linens.
Very well located. You can do everything on foot. There are great restaurants and a pizzeria right on the street above, and a bakery 150 meters away. It’s two blocks from Tombo Beach (which has a Blue Flag certification for water quality) and 400 meters from Astúrias Beach (with calm waters, ideal for children).
The outdoor area features a portable grill in a covered space integrated with the living room.
Covered parking for two vehicles.
