Hermoso y encantador apartamento en villa del siglo XIX

El piso se encuentra en el último piso de la VILLA, tiene dos amplios dormitorios con baño privado, una cocina y un amplio salón.
El mobiliario es moderno y lineal con detalles refinados como una villa del siglo XIX debería tener: TV de pantalla plana, satélite, conexión inalámbrica a internet.
Cada habitación se beneficia de una fantástica vista panorámica.
Nuestros huéspedes son bienvenidos en nuestro jardín y se beneficiarán de un área privada con una mesa y sillas, para relajarse bajo los árboles secolar y tomar una copa de vino.
La villa está cerca de la iglesia gótica de San Maurizio, en la colina verde de Pinerolo, pero a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad.
Pinerolo es un remolque verde en las colinas de Piamonte. Está a solo 2 horas de la ubicación de MILAN, EXPO 2015.
el aeropuerto más cercano está en TURÍN, a 40 km de distancia, pero el aeropuerto MILAN MALPENSA está a solo 1. 30 horas de la ciudad.
Pinerolo tiene un centro histórico medieval que termina en la colina de San Maurizio.
La gloriosa escuela de equitación estuvo activa aquí al comienzo de ‘900 y en la actualidad, Pinerolo alberga una gran cantidad de eventos culturales e históricos como la competencia internacional de equitación o la ceremonia de la Máscara de Hierro.

Villa le Ortensie di Carlotta es un punto de partida perfecto para llegar a destinos artísticos como Turín, el Palacio de Caza del siglo XVIII en Stupinigi, el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Rivoli o la residencia de Saboya La Venarla Reale.
Es extremadamente fácil llegar a Turín y Milán en tren, con frecuentes transportes públicos o automóviles.
Si busca especialidades de cocina del Piamonte, puede llegar fácilmente a Monferrato y sus famosos vinos: aquí se elaboran barolo, barbaresco o dolcetto. Alba (el territorio de la trufa blanca) está a solo 50 km.

Pinerolo también se encuentra en el centro de una zona deportiva: Sestriere y sus montañas olímpicas con fantásticas pistas de esquí están a solo 1 hora en coche. En el verano, nuestras montañas son el meta perfecto de los turistas ciclistas y las competiciones famosas: Tour France estuvo aquí en julio de 2011.
Los jugadores de golf podrán elegir entre muchos clubes fantásticos: la cancha de práctica más cercana está en la ciudad, a solo 3 km de nuestra villa.

Our trip and stay at the villa was perfect. We had a super good time thanks to Luigi and his wife. The villa is amazing and spacious. And well located. A must for visiting the surroundings.

We rented this apartment as our "home-base" for two weeks while visiting Italian relatives nearby. Everything about it was just what we needed! The comfort of a home, kitchen appliances, decent bed, amazing water pressure, the pool and mostly the loveliness of the owners, Pia and Luigi. Exceptionally beautiful place with the most lovely couple as hosts. The appartment is huge and well equiped (no air conditioning though, it is an old house, which has so much charm, and if you pay attention you can keep the heat outside). Nothing beats the view of San Maurizio in the morning and Luigis garden. The pool is just perfect.

Incredible hilltop villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful villa while in town for our sons hockey tournament. Wonderful, very friendly owners who went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay. Quaint, clean very unique interior and the location provides spectacular views of the mountains and Pinerolo below!

Beautiful gardens and amazing views

We were able to stay in others villa for 2weeks. Luigi and his wife were very kind. Walking down the hill to town and then walking back up offered a bit of a challenge but the views were worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Pinerolo. The apartment is warm and inviting, and the pool was a real highlight — especially during our July visit with seven consecutive days of sunshine. We were initially a bit concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The residence sits atop a breezy hill, and the cool Piedmont nights made for very comfortable sleeping.We thoroughly enjoyed strolling around Pinerolo on foot, and the proximity to Turin added to the charm of our stay... La dolce vita!The hosts were delightful — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property matches the photos perfectly, and the gardens are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained… it truly felt like living in a small castle!

Beautiful villa in perfect location

Simply a wonderful place run by wonderful people. We loved our stay. The house is so beautiful, so tastefully decorated. The garden, the pool, the location, the views - everything is just perfect. So special it should be kept a secret!! We will definitely be back.

A villa in a garden paradise

A beautiful villa surrounded by a stunning garden, the apartment was large, historic and yet very functionally modern. Pinerolo is a busy town not far from the magestic Italian alps. The Duomo is well worth a visit and the area surrounding it is charming. The food is excellent everywhere.

Beautiful Villa and property

We stayed four nights here for our son’s wedding nearby. The views from the villa balconies are spectacular, especially in the morning and evening. Luigi was a fantastic host, he provided us with several great restaurant recommendations and even led us to the supermarket in town after check-in. Thanks so much!

Great memories and a few dreams come to life

Our family took over both of the apartments for our stay and we enjoyed the privacy and welcome greetings provided by our hosts. Accommodations were exceptional, orderly, clean and comfortable. We had 3 generations stay here and were totally delighted! They get my highest recommendation...my wife and I brought back our family after 24 years away from Pinerolo and this was a great location to wander the old city from the top of the hill.

Magical and addictive

Waking up to the sound of Luigi watering his lemon trees in the most picturescable surroundings is like being a part of the most beautiful and idyllic, Italian movie. The house, the pool, the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the view ... We cannot recommend this enough. It’s amazing.

Fantastic spacious apartment with incredible views

Perfect location with beautiful views. The apartment was impeccably clean. We (2 adults and 4 children including baby) had plenty of room. Two bathrooms, one with spectacular views very nicely renovated. The hosts were very helpful. We would definitely return especially when the pool is built.

An unique experience

It was a 19th century villa surrounded by a splendid garden giving the place a dignified historical character and a tranquil atmosphere. The small swimming pool added to the dolce far niente feeling. It was a rare harmonious setting we have seldom experienced before during all our many stays in Italy. The friendly, easy going attitude of the owners made us feel very much at home. All in all we felt privileged to stay here.

The best holiday apartment

Totally recommended - the apartment is even better than the photos. Luigi, Pia and Carlotta were very welcoming and helpful. Their house and garden were beautiful, the sofas and bed were comfortable, and the kitchen was well provisioned. Also the town center was a relatively short - though steep - walk. For mountain day trips, the house was well situated - for example a day trip through Sestriere, Briancon and the Col Agnel was our highlight. As well, other interesting places - Turin, Asti and Alba - were all in easy driving distance. One of the best holiday apartments we have had the privilege to enjoy.

The property I rent is on the top floor of the eighteenth century villa where my parents live.
the villa was bought by my grandfather in 1950 and, at that time, 5 families were living there.
during Worls War II the villa was the Germans hedquarter of the area: Pinerolo sorroundings and mountains were full of Partisans.
The top floor of the villa, is divided in 2 indipendent flats, that we rent for vacations.
it was completely renovated in 2010, and flats are fully equipped.
My parents live on the ground and first floor of the villa

Pinerolo is a green town only 2 hours away from MILAN, EXPO 2015 city location.
the villa is 1 hour far from Turin airport and 1.30 hour far from Malpensa Airport.
The flat benefits of spacious bedrooms and unique views on the Alps and the plain towards Turin.
My father Luigi personally takes care of the fantastic garden where our guests can spend time reading or drinking a glass of wine and children can play.
