This beautiful cottage with a white picket fence gate, has wonderful patios with ample seating and gas BBQ's for you and your family to enjoy. Both units have open concept living spaces, with dining areas, family rooms that include flat screen Smart TV's, and Wi-Fi that covers the whole property. Each unit has a fully equipped galley-style kitchen and the ground floor units both have a laundry room with full sized washers and dryers.



Both the front unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each as well as a full daybed in the main living area. The back unit also has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is also a den space below the back unit with a queen bed. The front unit has 1 full bathroom and the back unit has 2 full bathrooms.



Just a short ferry ride away you can explore the beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. This unit is located on Balboa Island. A small residential island located in the heart of Newport Harbor. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination. On the Balboa Peninsula, you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the FUN ZONE, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Getting Around:

Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, jet ski, stand up paddle board, or kayak. Whale watching, and deep-sea fishing trips are running daily with many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion during all times of the day.
