The 20th Hole - Point Lonsdale

The open plan kitchen and living room plus separate lounge and dining room both have floor to ceiling windows and each space overlooks a deck and grassed area.

Both living rooms have TVs (Smart TV in main room), and the main living room also has a stereo and a wood fire heater. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including an electric oven and cooktop, microwave oven and dishwasher.

The front decked area has a large outdoor setting for 12 people with a BBQ and fire pit. Also, plenty of room for pets to play. The rear grassed area has a hot water outdoor rainfall shower which is ideal for when you return from the beach which is only a 7-minute walk away. The front beach and shops are an easy 10-minute stroll through Old Lonsdale.

Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.

Great stay

Awesome place to stay great front and back yard for dog to run around in. Will love to stay again. Beach is a 1 minute drive Matt Sue .

Fantastic few days of relaxation

We are a famy of four with two tennage daughters. We needed a relaxing getaway for a few days before school started back. The 20th Hole in Point Lonsdale was perfect. It was clean, a great size and had everything we needed. We loRd the wood heater and that we were able to take our dog with us. Thank you. We feel ready to take on another term.

Dusty Old Beach House

Property was nice......... if only it was clean. There were cobwebs everywhere, the toaster was built up with grime and we couldn’t even open the kettle to put water in it because it was dirty. The main couch was stained and sandy. When trying to do a clean we managed to find a broom but no dustpan and brush to finish the clean. Also BYO sheets, which just made the settling in process a bit annoying.

Just what we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house and yard were perfect for our fur babies and we were all toasty warm with the gorgeous wood fire. Would happily stay here again.

Great pet friendly house

We had a fabulous stay at the property with our two young children, and our dog and cat. It was immaculately maintained, and was also easy to keep clean. The house is very bright and modern inside, and beautifully furnished. Anyone who has the opportunity to stay here should definitely do so! It is in a wonderful location in old Point Lonsdale.

Good location

House was excellent location, short walk to the shops and the beach and not far to drive to bigger towns of Queenscliffe, Ocean Grove or Barwon Heads. Yard was great for the dog, all enclosed, and the use of the dog bed and water bowls was appreciated. Plus the outdoor shower was good for washing the beach off the dog and us! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was a little more dated than expected but good pressure in the shower.

Point Lonsdale stay

I originally booked this place for December because we entered a dog agility competition which unfortunately got cancelled. Having already paid for the place we rescheduled our dates. My husband came on the Friday and we joined him after dog training on Saturday afternoon. We love Narrows dog beach. This place is perfect for a getaway with your dog. And we loved the secure high fences.

Perfect place in peaceful Point Lonsdale

I love Point Lonsdale, it’s quieter than the towns nearby (Queenscliff, Ocean Grove) and has a great group of shops/cafes. Lots of really nice beaches for walks with the dogs (both on and off leash) too. The house was perfect for my needs and is well fenced for those with dogs. I would recommend.

To be honest for that price I would expect the place to be on great order, the blinds are all damagad & dirty, the shower mouldy, dishes dirty. Food build up in the bottom of the dishwasher & oven cleaner still present in the oven & old dog poopings in the yard

Gorgeous, cosy beach house with everything you need

We had a great stay, everything that we needed was there. The kids loved the outdoor shower, there were comfy outdoor spaces to hang out, it was so close to the beach and main strip it made everything easy. Don't really want the secret about this place to get out so I won't say too much more except we loved it.
