Suite nestled in a garden beside a 13 acre park in the heart of the city.

Our suite is the lower walk out level of our Arts and Crafts style home on a 1.5 acre perfectly landscaped property with many gardens. It is serene, peaceful and quiet and yet in the heart of the city, close to many amenities including proximity to hospitals, shopping, restaurants.
The apartment is self contained with a large bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom with large shower, European style kitchen with all appliances, granite counters, eating bar and is fully equipped. Open concept living space with Large TV’s in both bedroom and main living space with Netflix, Cable TV, and Wireless Wifi. The apartment has in-floor heating and air conditioning. Designed with a mid century modern feel, it is a very welcoming and calm space. We have two Old English Sheepdogs who romp the property and will become friends at first site. Parking is available for 2 cars. Welcome to 606!

A wonderful hidden gem surrounded by well kept flora and fauna! The inside was as immaculate as the outside was beautiful. Make and Paul were wonderful hosts throughout; though we didn’t have to call on them since they equipped the space with everything we could imagine needing! And visiting with 4 month old sheepdog Grover was an added bonus!

The atmosphere created by our hosts was beautiful and serene. The garden and grounds are immaculate. One would never know that this quiet setting is in the middle of a bustling city with many nearby amenities. The unit is well-appointed, like new, and the decor strikes the right balance between midcentury modern beauty and comfort. We really enjoyed easy access to the small park adjoining the property, where there are walking trails, a playground, etc. We hope to return!

Fully updated apartment in a beautiful setting. Apartment is setup with everything you would need. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Peaceful oasis

Beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully supplied with everything you could ask for, whether you want to go exploring London or just stay in. Hosts were amazing, made us feel right at home. The surrounding gardens are absolutely spectacular.

Beautiful home and property, the apt is bright, welcoming and beautifully decorated. Owners were great to work with and made us feel very welcome. And the dogs are an added bonus, great characters!

Overall, we had a magnificent time. The property is beautiful, the gardens are spectacular, and Mark and Paul (And Grover too!) are fantastic hosts. It's very well situated in London, close to nearly everything you could need. The suite itself is amazing. Lavishly appointed, with tasteful and serene decor. (The shower is a little piece of heaven, according to my wife.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 9/10 for sure, would recommend. The only negative, and the reason I can't give 10/10, is the extremely strong musty smell, which still lingers in everything we haven't yet washed since returning home.

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. It is well appointed with modern conveniences and a flair for discernment. Fantastic location if you are visiting the London Ontario region. Lovely Gardens and Peaceful Rest

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and walking through the gardens all throughout the property. Visiting with the hosts, Mark & Paul, was a nice added touch to our stay. They are very welcoming, and if we make it back again, we would stay here again. Our favorite part was just sitting outside while drinking a cup of coffee/tea and reading a book with the occasional wildlife flying/scurrying by. It was a very relaxing weekend.

Stylish and Comfortable Stay!

My partner and I came up to London for our anniversary, and Mark and Paul were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and fun to chat with. They made sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations for food. We had plenty of privacy and the yards are incredible. The location is perfect if you're someone who enjoys nature. Also close to downtown/the VIARail station. Highly recommend.

A PERFECT retreat!

A wonderful getaway. Everything you need and more is provided for your comfort in a beautifully curated home in a private paradise. My friend and I laughed and cried as we replayed the events of our 50 year history in a perfect setting. Did I mention the delightful Old English Sheepdogs that greeted us ? For my partner and I, this was the perfect place. The unit itself is fantastic, the bed was heavenly. The unit was spotless, the design and decor was beautiful. The grounds surrounding the unit are stunning. This last while has been crazy and discovering this slice of heaven was exactly what we needed to recharge and relax. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive to our questions. A true gem!

Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. All the comforts of home and more

Our hosts thought of everything when setting up this beautiful suite. Elegantly furnished, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home - if only our home was so luxurious. They were welcoming, friendly and quick to respond to any questions, while allowing us the privacy to enjoy the suite and garden. We were sad to leave this lovely spot and hope to visit again in future. Thank you for everything.

Great accommodations and great hosts

We were hesitant when we first looked at the property because it's not a "whole house" rental but we are so glad we booked with Mark and Paul. The apartment is so separate from the rest of the house and it's beautifully decorated and furnished. The location is central to London but does not have the feel of being in the city. The grounds are truly spectacular; a private oasis in the heart of London. And if that was not enough, the hosts provided us with a list of sites and activities in the region along with restaurants in each area. We highly recommend this property and these hosts and would not hesitate to book our next trip to London with Mark and Paul.

Only one word sums up this listing and that is AWSOME!

Mark & Paul were fantastic hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We appreciated the personal greeting and recommendations on where to eat, places to shop and sights to see that were tailored to our interests. The pictures of this property and apartment really don't do justice to the charm of this rental. The apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay. The hosts have created an oasis only minutes from the city so if you are looking for the perfect home base for the city or suburbs this is the place.This will be our first choice any time we return to the area.
