This is a little gem of an experience. The property is located on a point jutting into Tampa Bay, with a great skyline view of Tampa, especially at night. The property offers all sorts of activities, has a great pool that is clean and well maintained, two restaurants within walking distance, park for kids across the street. All is very clean and maintained. Its secluded location makes for a quiet stay, with so many friendly people staying on the property. The room is not large, but is an efficiency that afford basic needs for cooking and living. There is a front porch with two chairs. Carmen, our contact, was outstanding in communicating with us concerning the rental, directions to the property, and helping us when we had difficulty with entering the room when we arrived. This is a great spot to unwind and chill out, however a short distance to the Tampa area will afford any thrills and nightlife a traveler would wish.

Perfect little getaway!

We had a great stay, the condo was nice, being in walking distance to 2 great restaurants and the beach was the best! Beautiful community and very low key! Had a really nice time!

We came to the area for a concert. Before and after the concert we were able to settle in and relax bay side with good food, live music, water, and enjoy the sights and sounds. The condo was perfect.

Lots to do in Little Harbor

Beach, Canal with dolphins, pools, 2 restaurants just out the door and lots more. Spent 10 weeks there and didnt want to leave. Carman is a terrific host, thanks so much for a great winter getaway!

Studio in great location

Property was exactly as described. Host was responsive to any inquiries. Great room location to pools, beach, activities, etc … Met our needs for a quick trip to visit family nearby. I would stay with Carmen again.

Great Location

The location of the property was fantastic, great beach and pool access. Property manager was very responsive. There were a few hiccups with maintenance, but property manager communicated well and resolved the issues promptly. Overall, was a comfortable, private place with good amenities and was perfect for a long weekend stay.

Perfect for 2 nights

Carmen was wonderful communicating with us prior to & during our stay. The condo was clean.Two fridges are present in the room. Pack beach chairs, there are none at the condo. The beach is very small but clean. We ate at both restaurants for a late lunch early dinner & they were good. We drove to a diner for breakfast as either restaurant didn’t offer breakfast.Got to see Dolphin’s & a manatee in the wild.

The room and area were nice. the room was clean. great for a short stay. convenient to pool and beach. 2 close restaurants. A little drive to get to a store. overall was a great week and lots of relaxing. Beautiful sunsets. PS. property owner was great to work with. prompt and accommodating. we would come back again.

Old & Moldy smell

Beautiful area but this unit was very dated & had a terrible moldy smell. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. I called the host, and she proceeds to tell us that the smell must be coming from another unit which was ludicrous. She offered to give us two nights of our money back. After already paying a host fee, as well as a cleaning fee, we decided to stay because of a very busy schedule with my mother’s 90th birthday over the weekend. We went , we decided to stay because of a very busy schedule with my mothers 90th birthday over the weekend. We went out and spent $25 on Febreze air fresheners to make it tolerable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the host was very rude.

Good Value, if you like cold showers.

The room we rented was fine for our 2 night stay. The beds are comfy, which I loved. However, The coverlet in my bed seemed a bit stained so I could not use it in good faith, but there were no other blankets available in the unit, and an extra light cotton blanket would have been great. There were no filters for the coffee maker, so be sure to bring your own. My biggest complaint which might be a problem for future guests is we couldn’t get the shower to run with warm water. We both took refreshing cold showers. The other sinks do run warm, so it’s not about the water heater, it’s the actual shower faucet, doesn’t go to a warm setting. All of the above was emailed to the only contact I had for the stay, and 2 days later, I have not received any reply. I’m sure they will have some more complaints.
