A Relaxing Coastal Getaway. Enjoy all that the seaside village of Little Harbor Resort has to offer. Privately owned and managed. Newly UPDATED Coastal Inspired studio/condo.

Enjoy 2 heated pools, hot tub, and private beach with beach chair and umbrellas rentals. A Boaters Paradise~ with Two Marinas, Boat Club rentals, Charter fishing, and two waterfront restaurants, Tiki & Sports Bars with Live entertainment on select nights.

Our end unit at "THE INN" at Little Harbor Resort is perfect for a little getaway in old Florida. Nice for peace and relaxation or fill your days with water activities and adventure.

We have recently updated the unit with fresh paint and a deep clean. You will find a Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, small Kitchenette with ALL NEW small appliances: Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave and mini fridge.(other than the microwave, no cooking availability) Two queen beds and mattresses, high quality linens and towels. All windows have NEW custom roll shades for privacy. USB ports and electrical outlets in all 3 new nightstands. This unit is on the second floor of a two story building (no elevator, must use stairs).
Enjoy the beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee with peaceful water views from your private balcony and possible dolphin and manatee sightings. Walk to the beach and enjoy dinner at Sunset Grill or drinks at the Tiki bar while taking in the spectacular sunsets on the beach.

As a reminder this is not a hotel, this unit is privately owned and managed and therefore there is no daily maid service or housekeeping.

We take pride in our unit and we hope you will do the same by keeping it tidy at the end of your stay.

Damage to the unit or items with in will result in additional charges- see Damage Deposit required.

Kim, our host, was very welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect for our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful spot! Kim also had great suggestions of places to visit. We had a great stay!

Great communication from Kim. Very cute and clean place. Nice view, it was a fun area to stay and walk. Nice linens, cozy beds, coffee and some goodies there for us. It was chilly while we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful lanai or beach, it is well stocked for going to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Short and sweet stay

This was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Fishing was fantastic and this cute place was the perfect way to relax after a long day fishing. Kim was an amazing host and we are so grateful we chose this property to stay at!

The view was the best. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and drinking coffee was awesome. Everything was there for us towels toiletries. It was a great place to stay.

Great getaway

Great spot! Dolphins, manatees and pelicans right off the balcony - all amenities thought of. Pool areas and recreation areas clean and well cared for. We definitely recommend!

The host did an amazing job of creating a beautiful, relaxing and calm atmosphere. The unit was immaculate, the welcome basket was filled with so many thoughtful treats, the beach chairs came in handy and the sheets were the softest ever! Can’t wait to visit again!

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our getaway to Little Harbor. Kim was a fantastic host. Everything we needed was supplied and then some. The condo was clean and well organized. We enjoyed sitting on our private balcony, watching the dolphins and boats go by. we will definitely be coming back to Little Harbor!

Perfect Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful week here! Kim is an excellent host and made us feel right at home! The place was spotless and the location was perfect for us! It is so peaceful and has a great view. I definitely enjoyed my morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise! We would love to go back soon!!!!

We are the original owners of unit 411 at The INN and have just recently taken over the managing of it ourselves. We love our little place in Little Harbor and everything that it offers. Our kids have grown up playing on the beach, making sand castles, swimming in the pools and recently moved on to renting boats and fishing off the pier. Our condo's balcony has always been a source of solitude, watching for dolphin, manatees and Florida's Fowl. We have spent over 30 years in the travel industry and are grateful for the opportunity to travel the globe and still find our place at Little Harbor a perfect place for a peaceful little getaway.
