The property smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we walked in the door, which gave us a terrible impression from the start, as the home was advertised as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the rest of the home was in not in good shape. The worst were the bathrooms: the towels were thin and scratchy and the sheets were obviously well worn and thin. The mats in the bathroom were dirty. And both the shower and bathroom sink drained so slowly that water pooled in both. Towel racks weren't secured to the wall and only some of the shower curtain was secured to the rod. Bathroom doors were hard to close because the doors would get stuck on the floor and the frame of the door was coming apart. Bathroom was not clean. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Just what we needed for two couples - each bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of space and still privacy. Very clean and all supplies we needed for our trip. We didn’t cook this trip.

Quant Fort Worth house

Overall experience was well done. Place was clean and ready at check in. Check in communication went well. Location was close to everything we wanted for Fort Wotan trip.Beds in guest rooms and shower head in master could be updated and would make stay more comfortable.Access to washer and dryer was a plus.Overall good value option.

Quaint Quiet Bungalow

What a peaceful place to stay, literally 10 minutes to downtown Fort Worth. Our host was fabulous, the home was clean and ready for our arrival. Quiet neighborhood with ample shopping and restruants near by.

Always a pleasurable stay

This is our second time staying here and just as the first time was just as wonderful as the first time. The home is so pretty and open, check in process is so easy my kids love the snacks the host leaves as a little treat, very convenient and right in the middle of everything. The location online looks sketch but the neighbors are all very friendly and kind. Host is very helpful and accommodating. We will be back again next year while showing at the FWSSR. Thank you for the perfect place!

Perfect home base

Sandra was a dream from the minute we completed our reservation, to check out. Our family was visiting the area for a wedding. The location was central to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was super cute, and quiet. There was more than enough space for all of us. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town

Great Stay!!

It was great, we were close enough to everything!! Fort Worth was about 15-20 minutes away. There were plenty of stores near by to get all our supplies for the week. Place was nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood. No complaints.

We came into town to visit family and celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with family. This property was everything we expected and then some. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Great layout

We loved the layout of this house where everyone had privacy and space. 2 1/2 bathrooms!! This was so helpful for 5 of us trying to get ready for a 7:30 am tournament.

Nice place

This was a nice place to stay and close to everything .. The only advice is for the price per night and being that it is a 3 bedroom there should be more than 1 small TV in the house. TV's are super cheap these days .. You can get a 75 inch TLC Smart TV for $550, 65 inch for $375 and get 50 inch for $250 on Amazon.. so for the price I paid for a 2 night stay they could buy 2 more TV's .. or at least put the small one in the Master Bedroom and buy a 65 inch for the Living room . Maybe I am the only parent that has kids that like to watch different movies/shows or play video games or I'm the only parent that would like to watch other movies/shows other than kids stuff like watching people eat food on YouTube. Last but not least buy 2 ply toilet paper and buy the amazon brand garbage bags, They are super cheap and have draw stings and are thicker than the thin cheap ones there.. Other than that this house was nice but nothing compares to home . sleeping in your own soft comfortable bed and TV's in every room other than the bathrooms .. and none smaller than 65 inch in the entire house.. Guess I am just picky . :)

Great Housing

This is the perfect house to stay at if you are planning on visiting Fort Worth. You cannot beat this location, everything you need and more is very accessible. The amount of space through the house is wonderful, with a beautiful spacious backyard. You’ll also have a great host, who is attentive, responsive if you have any questions or concerns! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay, great house

Enjoyed our short stay over Thanksgiving holiday. House was extremely clean and well furnished. The floor plan is very functional with gathering space in the front and bedrooms to the rear. Backyard very private and patio well equipped. Good communication from Sandra.
