At the intersection of comfort, travel and experience lies Vermillion Skies, where the energies of simple luxury blends with nature to vibrate at a higher frequency of quietness, peace and calm. Where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the energies of the surroundings and take in the views of the Perth City Skyline and Swan Coastal Plain. Facing west, you will get to witness stunning sunsets, where the setting sun turns the sky a Vermillion Red.
Just a 15 minute drive to the famous Swan Valley and all that it has to offer for the visitor, fabulous wineries and restaurants to choose from. Also close to historical Guildford and the oldest 'pub' in Perth The Rose and Crown which we recommend.
Midland train station gets you into Perth in 20 minutes, or you can stay on the train until end of journey which takes you to Fremantle.

A wonderful stay

This property is one of the best we have stayed at. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Fabian provided lots of extras which were much appreciated. The location was perfect for watching the stunning sunsets over Perth. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Swan View Special

A fabulous property from which to explore the Swan Valley and Perth Hills. Easy access to some great eateries. Clear and prompt communication with Fabian who made us welcome. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Holiday House

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend in this superb holiday house. The owner went over and above to ensure that everything was supplied for us with such loving detail. The views were incredible and there were so many locations to enjoy them. I would highly recommend this holiday house for any couple and we will definately be back!

Exquisite service and beautiful property

Fabian was an absolutely excellent host. From the moment we booked to when we left he made sure our stay was comfortable and easy. The property itself it beautiful and a nice getaway away from our busy city life. No hesitancy in recommending this stay to anyone!

A house with a view

This property was beautifully prepared for our stay, the host gave a short tour of the house highlighting it’s features to ensure we felt at home. We had everything we needed to ensure a very comfortable stay, well equipped kitchen, good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings and lovely outdoor area to enjoy too. We would love to stay again.

Location Stay - Glad we found it

We booked as we had a concert to go to and this was the closest, I could get available. Concert was good but we got soaked and didn't want to stay any longer so went back to this beautiful property, dried off and went out for Dinner locally, came back and had a nice night in. Stunning views for Breakfast. Highly recommend, the little extra touches were what made it even better.

Beautiful view. Just what wsd needed, an escape from the busy life schedule. Feels very private even though owner lives above. Fabian was very attentive to our needs.

Amazing sunset and cosy stay

Stayed there with my friend visiting from Singapore. Very clean and comfortable place, with amazing beautiful sunset view! The place is very cosy and we like the style a lot. Kitchen has all the amenities needed which is very handy. Fabian is very helpful and friendly. Good communication before the stay. Thanks for the complimentary welcoming wine, Fabian. Would highly recommend this place.

Good for the soul

From the minute you turn into the driveway you know this is special. Glad we brought along binoculars the view is amazing we could watch the planes coming in and landing, sunset was fantastic! The Garden is great, the Gazebo is a treat. Although the bnb is under owners home, it is still private, beautifully appointed with everything you need. Awesome BNB thanks for sharing it Fabian. 💜

Awesome. Wonderful!

From sleep to the stunning sunset view to the well equipped accommodation, my wife and I had a relaxing and restful time. Fabian took every effort to ensure that the property is well maintained. Attention to details and making sure that it is a comfortable stay for us. The hut just outside the property was awesome. Spent every evening just to soak in the cool breeze and watch the sunset. We’re thankful for the opportunity. Hope to be back here again someday. Wonderful experience throughout.

Exceptional in All Regards - including value

Could not speak more highly of this property and experience - it is truly immaculate with amazing panoramic views over the city from every window. We arrived and were immediately greeted and shown around the property by Fabian, with a complimentary bottle of Red Wine and breakfast platter in the fridge. Watched the beautiful sunset that evening from the private gazebo and when we retired for the evening, the full-wall windows of the bedroom revealed the twinkling lights of the city. Overall, given some tough cards life has thrown at us recently, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a nice place, with great views and character for cheaper than a hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough, thanks again Fabian!

Lovely place to stay

This property was a lot better than I expected. The first thing you will notice is the stunning views over the city on offer. When you go inside you realise what a large place it is. Everything was very tidy and very comfortable. I really liked the complimentary fresh orange juice, fruits and muffins. It’s a shame it was an overnight stay on this occasion, but we’ll certainly be back. Thank you Fabian

Great weekend stay

Thank you Fabian for a great getaway - your property is tastefully appointed and very comfortable. Appreciated the thoughtful extra's - complimentary bottle of wine, breakfast tray & those gorgeous dressing gowns. The addition of the thatched gazebo was an unexpected surprise - perfect for enjoying the sunsets!

Perfect get away with a view!

Fabian was a great host who catered to every need! Not only did we receive a complimentary bottle of wine but also had brekky all sorted for us in the morning. The place was amazing and had a very relaxing and calming scenic view. Will definitely love to stay again. Thanks Fabian
