This unique house was liked by my family. The house was very clean and family friendly. Spacious house arrangement. My family enjoyed sitting around the table and talking while the children played upsatirs in the game room. There's enough space outside for the pets and children to play as well as the adults to lounge around and watch the interactions. I would definitely book again!

Very nice stay

Jessica was really easy to contact and always making sure we are having a good time. The only sad thing was most of the games are missing so we didn’t get a chance to play it. But overall will definitely stay again!

Spacious and set up well for large group

enjoyed the property. the house had lots of room in the common areas for gathering and eating. It was clean and well appointed. the house sets upon a spacious property and is very quiet and private.

Short Term Mission Trip

The property grounds were very nice, but in need of trimming and mowing. That was done after we arrived and during our stay at the property. The house was very spacious and fit our needs. The house is very nice, but in need of updating. The grill was unusable and in poor condition. The upstairs AC did not cool the upstairs below 77 degrees until well into the night. When we returned home on our second day, the power had been turned off and was not restored for two hours. Overall, it was a good stay for us because was so spacious and all 15 of us had plenty of room. I wish we could have better communication with the manager and the house really needs to be updated inside and out. Thank you

A Wonderful Family 'Eclipse' Reunion

It was a beautiful home to stay in and everyone enjoyed the wide open spaces both inside and out. Springtime in Texas is a beautiful place to be and our host was extremely gracious and very responsive to our needs. And thank you to the owners for providing this home on VRBO so our family could all enjoy the Total Solar Eclipse of 2024.

Awesome! Big an spacious..

Our stay was amazing.. The house was spacious and plenty of room. My only complaint would be the beds were to firm my family but at the end of the day I give it a A+. I hope it’s available when we go back to visit family.

Hosted Graduation Weekend

We rented this property to celebrate a graduation from TWU (nearby university) and the home was perfect for our weekend! It was extremely spacious and accommodating! Definitely recommend staying for large groups

A Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay!! Our large family got together for a wedding. There are beautiful accents throughout the house, it was very clean. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and we were very close to the grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fabulous. We held the wedding rehearsal inside due to the rain everyone that came commented on the beautiful house. There was plenty of parking for everyone. This house is perfect for any type of family reunion.

Our large family fit perfectly

This was a very nice home in a perfect location for our mini vacay with family. We had plans in Pilot Point and Frisco and the house was so close to both. The house is giant! We had so much room. We took advantage of all the game tables and basket ball goal. The firepit was a big hit too. The checkin-out process could not have been easier. The only downside to the property would be there are some things in disrepair: rips in carpet, outside furniture was very worn, and several chairs were broken. But these things did not hinder our stay at all. It was a very enjoyable three days. Thank you!

Beautiful house, not stocked well

The house was beautiful and big enough for my stay. Was there for a wedding for my daughter so we had things to finish and had plenty of room to do that and not infringe on the space for the 10 people who stayed there. Was frustrated with the iffy internet. Had to call to get it rebooted and even after worked some times but not all the time. There was barely enough towels and half of the towels were the size of a hotel bathmat. The master bathroom had a sink running constantly, the other sink didn't drain well, neither did the shower and the toilet didn't flush properly every other flush. I tried one night to cook. Thankfully I did frozen food. There were not bowls in the house to use to prepare food. The spoons I used to serve the lasanga bent when we spooned out and only enough plates for 8 people. That night I was expecting 15. There were no trash bags to replace when I took out trash after the first time. I loved the house, but I would think for the price it would be better stocked to do more than just sleep there.

Highly recommend!

Our stay was for our son's wedding which unfortunately kept us too busy to really enjoy all the home had to offer. It was a beautiful and well kept home. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The manager and owner were both great to work with. I recommend reading their guest book when you first arrive as it notes several perks/activities I don't recall being in the listing. Family who stayed with us or visited us while we were there had wonderful things to say about the home. It has a nice feel to it and I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Large family vacation home near Frisco, TX

The house is very quiet and roomy and is located on private property away from neighbors. Fixtures are outdated but we made do, however, some may need attention right away. Excellent place for our future family gatherings but we will need to keep in mind that not all standard items are provided (broom, dust pan, quality bath towels, extra dish towels, jammed ice maker and dishwasher pods). All can be easily addressed by the owner or by updating the website with recommended items to bring for your stay. Overall, we definitely enjoyed the space, privacy and location of the home and will keep this house in mind for future stays.

My family was glad we found this place. We love this home. Everything was perfectly organized, decorated and clean. a lot of privacy, safe place to visit, with family. The management was friendly and helpful the rent is Reasonable we we really enjoyed our stay. we highly recommend
