The kitchen is a foodie's delight, fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee maker for your morning brew and a dishwasher for hassle-free cleanups. Indulge in the comfort of our plush bedding, hotel-quality towels, and premium bath products. For those settling in for a longer visit, the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer and our lightning-fast fiber Wi-Fi will make you feel right at home.

Kindly be aware that the cafe downstairs provides a musical ambiance for its patrons, hosting DJ nights until 12 AM. This may result in some noise during those times. If you are sensitive to noise or believe this may affect your stay, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to help you find a more suitable property.

The hype couldn’t be more real: Midtown Detroit is the place to be. An area of the city sandwiched between two Detroit neighborhoods with their own unique personalities – New Center and Brush Park – Midtown is the perfect connector.
Home to the majority of Detroit’s cultural gems, Wayne State University and a revitalized retail and restaurant district, Midtown has quickly grown into a stop for tourists and locals alike to grab a five-star meal before a show or spend the night barhopping between old dives and new patios.
But Midtown hasn’t just become a cool neighborhood in recent years – the area has always been home to a number of Detroit’s best haunts, many of which set the groundwork for the neighborhood’s new businesses.

Occupancy:
Ideal for couples or solo adventurers, the unit comfortably accommodates 2 overnight guests, with the ability to host up to 6 for gatherings with prior approval and a small fee. Please make sure to let us know so we can set up the futon and air mattress prior to your stay. Please adhere to city regulations to avoid any over-occupancy issues.

Parking:
While we don't offer designated parking, you'll find convenient free spots along Forest Ave and behind the building on Prentis. Metered parking is available on Cass Avenue for your peace of mind.

Gatherings:
Detroit is a city of energy and excitement, and while we encourage you to soak it all in, our property maintains a strict "No Party" policy to respect the peace of our community.

Quiet Hours:
To ensure everyone's stay is enjoyable, we observe quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. We trust our guests to be considerate of others in the building during their stay.

Smoking:
We are committed to providing a smoke-free environment. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any smoking detected in the apartment.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Security:
Your safety is our priority. Audio/video recording devices are installed in common areas and building exteriors for security. Rest assured, your private space inside the unit is recording-free.

Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.

Please note that we use a third-party cleaning service for our accommodations. As a result, we do not provide mid-stay cleanings. Thank you for your understanding!

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property.

Hosting a gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay and removal from the premises. If guests decline to comply, local authorities may be contacted.

Drug and Substance Policy

At Great Stays, we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our guests. To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, we have established the following policy regarding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco:

1. Illegal Drugs:
Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of illegal drug use or possession will be reported to the Online Travel Agency (OTA), the local
police, and may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

2. Legal Substances in Michigan:
In the state of Michigan, alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are legal substances. However, their use on our property is subject to the following conditions:
* Alcohol: Guests may consume alcohol within the unit or on the premises, provided it is done responsibly and without disturbing other guests.
* Marijuana: Smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests may only use marijuana in designated smoking areas on the property.
* Tobacco: Smoking or vaping tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Cigarettes may only be smoked in designated smoking areas on the property.

3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate action, which may include eviction, reporting to the OTA, and notification to local authorities.
