I have stayed here twice and really like this place. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Filled with character, but has a modern full kitchen and bath. I will definitely stay here again. :-)

Clean and spacious and exactly as described in the listing - great location and a charming apartment. Communication was a bit over-loaded - I received so many messages ahead of checking in that when I actually arrived it took me some time to search to find the pertinent info I needed (unit number and lock code). Parking is a bit stressful, as the street parking near the unit is pretty constantly taken - but this didn't detract from the overall quality of the stay.

Great location for any concert or sporting venue!

Great location for visting Comerica Park, Ford Field, Little Ceasars Arena, etc... Walking distance to all. Great coffee shop/bar located below. Great place to stay to see some histroy of Mid Town walking to tons of great restaurants and bars. Would stay here 100% again!

Perfect weekend getaway

If you have plans in downtown Detroit, this is the place to stay. We walked right to Little Caesar’s Arena, didn’t have to worry about parking. Close to anything you want to see. Already planning another trip, will definitely stay here again.

The Location Was Perfect, Very Easy To Get To Downtown An The Freeway, Also About 20 Min Drive To Airport.. Very Clean An Cozy Place As well.. Wonderful apartment in mid-town.

This apartment is located centrally within a walkable distance from downtown Detroit. It was clean and bright. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and dining area overlooks the street and is relaxing. Roku TV is convenient with different streaming. One caveat, there are stairs leading to the apartment from the street and then to the bedroom/bathroom. It may not be suitable for someone with accessibility requirements.

Awesome neighborhood feel, great character

This was a fun place to stay. If you struggle with stairs, it’s not for you, but if you have good knees and like to stay away from cliche tourist places, this place is for you. We wanted to eat our way across Detroit midtown and prefer to walk (because drunk driving kills and uber is spendy). This place was nicely located. A bonus is the awesome coffee/cocktails spot below, where they craft amazing cocktails and can give you insider info (concierge?). The unit is clean. Very nicely equipped. Comfy bed. We live in a very quiet place but the city noise was eliminated by the white noise app on our phones. We would stay here again and again.
