Perched above the Pacific, this beautifully updated home offers panoramic ocean views that are simply unforgettable—no matter the season. Once you descend a single flight of stairs from the parking level, you’ll find the entire home situated on one easy-to-navigate level. Inside, the space has been thoughtfully updated and designed with all-new décor to create the perfect blend of comfort and coastal elegance. The open-concept layout brings the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, so everyone can stay connected whether you’re cooking, eating, or simply relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet seafood dinner. Gather at the four-person dining table to share meals, enjoy a board game, or toast to a day well spent—all with the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop.

When it’s time to wind down, both bedrooms are tucked toward the back of the home, offering quiet and restful spaces to recharge before your next coastal adventure. Whether you're exploring nearby trails, beachcombing, or just soaking in the peaceful ambiance, Vista House Unit B is the ideal place to call home while enjoying the magic of the Oregon Coast.

**Important Information** There are three units as part of this building. Two (including this one) are on the lower floor. The other on the base floor is a one bedroom unit. The top two floors are a four bedroom unit that is rentable as well. The patio is also accessible by the one bedroom unit on the same level. It is possible those guests may be enjoying the space.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Oceanside retreat

This is a small apartment perfect for a couple or a small family that doesn't mind sharing the one small bathroom. Fabulous views and walkable to the beach if you don't mind walking up a hill. Enjoyed our stay.

Beach Getaway!!

Stayed here for our 9 year anniversary and had the most amazing time!! The views are absolutely stunning and this vrbo provided us exactly what we needed for our week stay! We will definitely be coming back.

Great weekend

Everything went well for my wife's birthday weekend the place was just as advertised and we had a wonderful time in Oceanside even the weather cooperated and only delt with rain on Sunday afternoon. All in all a great weekend

Vacation for My Daughter and Me

I use a walker because of a healing hip fracture so I looked on-line for a unit that had magnificent views of the ocean since I can't walk on a sandy beach. Our unit proved to be as wonderful as pictured on the web site. The 14 entry steps were not much of a problem because of the sturdy handrails. The neighborhood is quiet and the unit is inviting with nice furnishings. Within a few miles we visited the Tillamook Cheese Factory, walked and shopped in Seaside, took the antique Oregon Railroad train and ate at several restaurants. We'll rent from iTrip Northwest again and hopefully get the same condo.

Incredible View!

The apartment we stayed in was unit B - the two bedroom unit on the basement level of the triplex. The view of the ocean is just as beautiful as the pictures online show. We could've stayed there and watched the waves for hours. The furnishings are perfect for a beachy vibe and comfortable. It was a bit odd sharing the deck with the other units, but we knew that going in. We would recommend for other travelers to bring a mid-size to smaller size car as the parking spaces for the units are small and you will stick out into the road in a bigger vehicle (the rental company stuck us in a Ford Expedition and we had to find alternate parking). Another caution: We learned the first day that you will hear everything that happens in the unit above you. That wasn't much of a problem for us as we spent most of the day out and about enjoying the seaside. All we needed was a comfortable bed and a nice warm shower. The view was a real bonus!

Clean, amazing view but noisy

The apartment was spotless, and as advertised, it had an amazing panoramic view. The aminities were generally well worth the price. The only two issues were the parking, which was tight for our unit B, and the noise from the guests upstairs. We could hear every word they spoke and could hear and feel every footstep they took across the floor. Very distracting. spoke andwe

Spectacular view

Really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Oceanside with a truly spectacular ocean view. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Short drive to beach parking and a couple restaurants.

Oceanside getaway

Spectacular view

Comfortable accommodation with a good king size bed. Might be tight for unrelated folks as bathroom is small. Ocean view is the real feature.

Very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean. The king size mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. Great kitchen for creating snacks and meals. Wonderful TV programming with lots of movie channels. Of course we’ll be back!

Absolutely beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceanside. The ocean views were amazing. The place could use a bit of work, tightening up the kitchen faucet, replacing missing strips of wallpaper, closet doors needing lubrications, the bathroom fan is terribly noisy and an empty soap dispenser in the shower. The photo sent for parking instructions was too blurry to read. There was limited insulation/sound barrier between the upstairs and downstairs unit. Thankfully the upstairs unit was not occupied for most of our stay. The town of Oceanside is a great getaway from the chaos of ordinary life. Would love to visit again.

Pleasant

Being on the bottom level, you can really hear the upstair occupants move around - especially as the unit is directly below the kitchen. The furniture is great, with the exception of the beds - they both need to be replaced. The queen was very hard and bumpy and the king is worn down and concave. The view is AMAZING and the windows were clean. There were a couple of windows that are missing screens. I like the text communication from the property manager, they were very responsive.

Come for the view

Made due, but I'll skip next time. Supposed to have 2 parking spots per their own notebook, but had to give one up for a guest in another unit. Unit is very stuffy and hot with the windows closed, so we opened them - unfortunately that means you can smell the cigarettes from the guest next door. Screens missing from some windows, too. Master bedroom mattress is passed its due date. The toilet is crammed into the corner of a small bathroom... It isn't made for people 6'.

Fairly nice recent remodel. Furniture layout and space is not optimized including 2nd bedroom bed blocks door from closing, you’ll need to shove the bed over to an angle to close door. Sofa is not very usable for more than 1 person to watch tv/moviesBeds are fairly nice. Parking is tight but acceptable. Bathroom could use a shelf for toiletries. Views are great. Privacy is a bit of an issue if you plan to spend time on deck. Luckily our neighbors weren’t out on the side at all. Upstairs neighbors can be heard a lot through the floor/ceiling. Our first neighbors were fairly quiet, then came the family with uncontrolled kids running, stomping, and who knows what else. Was a huge test of patience. However I did read this in the reviews. It’s a gamble who your neighbors will be regarding the noise and communal downstairs deck. Overall great trip, great location, great views, clean, with newer remodel. Would likely look for another space for my family of 4 next time or stay upstairs.

great view but not well taken care of

Upon entering the apartment, we were concerned the screen was torn on the door going in. Then upon entering, we were very disappointed to find it hadn't been cleaned. There was debris all over the floor, couch, and tables, including old food on the floor in the kitchen and pet hair everywhere. There were towels in a heap by the washer; unsure if they'd been washed or not. I messaged the management team ASAP but didn't receive a response until the next day. They offered to have someone come to clean, but we'd of course cleaned the place ourselves prior to bringing our luggage in vs trying to find another place to stay (bought some of our own supplies). We tried using the vacuum in the suite but it emitted a horrible smell during use due to being clogged with pet hair so we elected to sweep the best we could. The floors were absolutely filthy. I'd asked for a refund on the cleaning fee, but they were 'unable to provide' and instead offered a discount if we ever stayed there again. And we definitely will not. The messages I received from management included their goal to provide us a '5 star stay'. Not even a chance at that. The view was amazing, but not worth having to clean the place ourselves.

We love Oceanside

We have stayed in Oceanside many times over the last few years, but never here. Not a lot of options during the peak season, but we gave it a try. Most everything was ok, the view was worth it! This house has great picture windows. However, the parking was really bad-spots are so small and are standard SUV didn’t fit, especially with bikes on the back. We also couldnt park there because it’s a shared unit and the other party was huge and had way too many cars. They used our spaces. We called and emailed and texted about where to park, but didn’t hear back until the following day. It was pretty frustrating. The reception is not good, so that was part of the trouble, but wondering if we were going to get towed was a little annoying! Some weird updates were unfortunate-the bathroom had a peel and stick type of wallpaper that was coming off the walls?! Kinda crazy. And a pretty bad paint job trying to cover up previous paint I think. We loved the open room with the view, and the beds and furniture were all nice as well. Kitchen is not well stocked, so we had to get whatever we needed for basic meals. The listing wasn’t clear on the attached units either-but we had people above us with about five kids under five and a grandma and a few adult children? It was extremely loud to be underneath them. Lots of noise through the floor. We didn’t realize this upon renting, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have. It’s just too loud to be below. Anyway, we love Oceanside-just not our top pick.

Nice location, cozy space, misleading listing.

Overall it was a nice location, and a cute space. The listing is misleading. You have the unit to yourself, however the walls are thin which makes it easy to hear the neighbors. We were able to hear them snoring. The listing is also misleading as it makes it seem like you will have access to a private porch and a hot tub. The hot tub is not for your use, and the porch is shared. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, just be sure to read the fine print details.

Will definitely rent again

We have been coming to Oceanside for several years. This was the first time staying at the Vista House. We rented the lower two bedroom unit. The new owners have put a ton of work and $$$ renovating. The unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and the view was incredible. Having a clean, well maintained yard for my pup was the "icing on the cake."
