Con 4 dormitorios cada uno con camas queen, 2 baños, uno con bañera de hidromasaje, el baño de la planta principal es apto para discapacitados, acomoda silla de ruedas y asiento en la ducha grande. El piso principal está adaptado para discapacitados con amplios espacios abiertos. Una habitación en el piso principal, 3 dormitorios en el segundo piso. Suelos de madera de cerezo brasileño en RD y cocina. Encimeras de piedra completamente
Cocina amueblada. DR asientos 8 con (nuevamente) excelentes vistas y acceso a la cubierta para disfrutar de las puestas de sol y las vistas del Pacífico, también ofrece sol o sombra por la mañana. Lavadora y secadora en el 2 ° piso. Plataforma de estacionamiento para 3 autos. Los cuartos de huéspedes agregan 1 BR, asiento junto a la ventana y cocina y baño completos por un cargo adicional. La casa se completa con WiFi gratis, televisión por cable, teléfono fijo con larga distancia gratis. (Los teléfonos celulares tienen una recepción irregular).

Beach view was stunning. Knives in the kitchen were dull. Six adults only had 4 comfortable seats in the living room for watching tv. Two had to sit on hard dining room chairs to watch football on Sunday, so really weren’t able to watch comfortably. The living room carpet needs to be retrenched… the wrinkles are a stumbling/fall hazard. An L shaped couch would be much better in the space.The beds were unmade when we arrived… there were clean sheets available, but we had to make all the beds. The drinking water filter needs to be changed…takes 5 minutes to fill the coffee pot.Question: is the lower level available as a separate rental?

This is a well maintained, large home in a sleepy little town, perfect for just disconnecting. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The back porch has an absolutely amazing view of the Pacific. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing vacation rental! Every room of the house and stunning views of the ocean. We loved being 5 min walk from the beach. We could see whales from the house. Tunnel beach was a blast for the kids. House pictures online were actually a little blurry so we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even more beautiful in person and LOVED how the ocean sounds put us to sleep each night. Loved it!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had all amenities needed for a wonderful visit. We really enjoyed all of the windows and the view! Super close to the beach and “Main Street” of Oceanside.

We had a wonderful stay. The house and location were very lovely. The check in was easy, as there was a key box and spare key. There were lots of towels and I appreciated that! The view was spectacular and the beds were soft and clean. The bathtub was wonderful. A few negs, the teflan cookware had scratches on it and needed replaced. The kitchen cabinets looked scratched up and a little dirty on the outside. The office chairs in the living room were rickety. All in all it was a great stay and we would book here again.

Extraordinary

We stayed here for 3 nights to spend time on the beach. The view from the balcony at 3 am with a blanket and coffee in your hand is simply breathtaking! We had tons of fun walking the beach and a very comfortable stay at the verbo!

Will stay here again

Loved the quilts on the beds. Nicely decorated. (No 70s decorated or blankets). Kitchen was huge and very well stocked. This is our 6th trip to the coast and this kitchen was hands down the best. Enough dishes, knives, appliances for a larger group. The view was magnificent!!! I will definitely request this house again. Awesome tidepools to explore. Easy access to beach (steep roads to walk there. ) easy beach to walk

Great house with an amazing view.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, We are a group of 4 friends so each of us could have our own room. We all thought our beds were comfortable. The view is great and you can see it from almost all the rooms. The only thing we would suggest is putting one more comfortable chair in the living room. Currently there is just a couch and one recliner and with 4 adults it put 3 of us on the couch which is a bit crowded. Other than that the house was a perfect fit for our annual friend's weekend.

Beautiful view!

Check in was very easy. The deck is a wonderful way to spend an hour or two on an early morning or afternoon. Beach is an easy walk. The house is very well equipped with the things that one might need, for cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. There are lots of games and puzzles. The WiFi was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture (couch and chair) are loosing their cushion, and we had a minor leak in the downstairs bathroom during our visit. Overall, we spent a very enjoyable three nights here.

Great place!

This house is exactly as described, and perfect for 2 couples, with private bed and bathrooms up and downstairs. My husband has mobility issues and the shower railings and seat really helped. Probably the most well stocked beach rental I’ve had, the kitchen especially. We also used the propane grill. Even though the house is a couple of streets up the hill from the beach, the lovely ocean sounds came through the open windows all day and night. No street noise.

Six Picky Adults

Six family members stayed 10 days at this property for a family wedding at the lovely nearby Oceanside Community Center. Everyone was pleased…a difficult feat to achieve for so many adults. Beds were comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was amazing. It was well equipped and spacious enough for multiple cooks. The views from all windows, the sound of the ocean, the deck…even the weather was perfect. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in an unobtrusive place, like behind a door. We will be back!

Ocean view

The house was great. Loved that it had 4 bedrooms with queen sized beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The handle on the main floor toilet broke. We managed a temporary fix so we could use it. The host was very slow in responding to all of my emails.

Beaches Stay 2024

Property was clean with great view of beach. Not much for restaurants close by so plan for meals in. Kitchen has most of what you need for cooking with. Lots of room in all the living spaces. Patio with chairs. Parking has space for 2 or possibly 3.

Great house and amazing views!

This is our 2nd time staying at this home and it was great as expected. Love the easy parking and that unlike most houses in Oceanside, there isn't a flight of stairs to climb as we unload! The views are amazing and the house is well furnished and clean. Tons of kitchen supplies, utensils, extra bath towels, etc. Highly recommended!

Trip to Oregon Coast

We had guests from overseas so I wanted a place that has awesome views of Oregon coast. This house has fabulous ocean views from the kitchen,dining/living,and a couple of bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable. We all loved the place. Also it was really nice of Joan to provided a ramp for my daughter who uses wheelchair, to enter the house.

I visited Oceanside in 2000 and had a dream of building here, which I was able to do in 2008. I live in Portland and enjoy the house frequently in the off-season.

When I first saw this lot and the incredible full view, I knew this was the place. A view of the surf was a must for me.

I built this beachhouse to include all the thing I would want in my dream home. Fabulous views, a touch of luxury and a great kitchen. I wanted a view from the kitchen sink, too.
