The perfect blend of comfort, lake life, and country living. This three bedroom air-conditioned home with cathedral ceiling has everything you need for a week of relaxing. A beautiful beach is just across the street, it is a 7 minute drive to the golf course, and a 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Gimli. Camp Morton Provincial Park is 3 minutes away, and includes 12 km of hiking and skiing trails. Cook supper on the BBQ and eat outside, or in the spacious porch. Gather round the fire pit. Watching the sun set, and the deer and the birds from the screened in porch is the perfect way to end each day. Lots of room indoors for rainy days.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The large picture window wall out front was great—perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise.Inside, the fireplace was very charming, especially on the cooler nights. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the screened in porch—it felt like a nature observatory. We spent hours out there just soaking in the quiet and watching deer walking through the property that came every evening. We even were able to hear a barred owl one night. It was such an immersive and peaceful experience that really made the trip feel special.There are several community walkways along the road that bring you down to the beach. We were able to see beautiful lake views, several species of birds and even some otters!Ven, our host, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. When a couple of small issues came up, he came by in person to help and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly.Overall, this was the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There was lots of room for the grandkids to play inside and out. The screened in room is great, we really enjoyed our time spent out there in the evenings. Beach access is a very short walk away. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Sun and sleep

This is a beautiful property with great kitchen amenities! Large kitchen and living room with A frame windows. 2 good size bedroom on the main floor and large master suite with walk in closet and ensuite on the 2nd floor. Pet friendly. Screened in porch on back was a great place to watch the deer everyday. If you are looking for close, walking distance for water access...this is not for you. We enjoyed the back yard to sun, relax, play with my dogs and bbq some great meals. This is probably the only place we have stayed that had an adequate amount of hangers! Lots of towels provided too.Was a lovely stay.

Amazing Cabin

This is our third time staying at this cabin for the May Long weekend, and we love it! It’s incredibly clean and has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, it has a great living room area with a large couch, and we all love the sunroom with the hammock swing. It’s near a park and a quick walk down to a small beach area, and also a short drive to Gimli. It’s become a tradition for my family and our friends’ family to come here for the long weekend and we always have a great time. Also, the owners are lovely and communication with them is great! I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Relaxing Property

We stayed at this property for a part of the winter until our "forever home" was available. We loved the home and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating. Close to nature with deer, coyote and bald eye sightings. Quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Good proximity to Gimli - a lovely town with many amenities.
