Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time doing ski in/ski out and it was amazing!! The 45 second walk to the lifts was awesome! It allowed everyone in our party to hit the slopes as they wanted without waiting for anyone! It also allowed us to come back for lunch every day! Hope to be back next year!

The location was amazing. Just a 2 minute walk to quicksilver. I would consider this location on trail with ski racks on the edge of the trail and property.

Great ski in and out condo. Stayed with extended family for a week and loved it. Lots of space to spread out.

The location of this condo is great. Easy walk to main street (5min). Main area living spaces were large and easy for our group of 10 to all comfortably be in the same area. Sleeping arrangements were good for our group of adults, teens, kids. Beds were not the most comfortable, but typical for what I have found for most vrbos. Would definitely stay again

Great Location with Lots of Space

This was a great location with plenty of space for the whole family. Some of the fixtures were a bit dated, but everything was in good shape and checked all of the boxes.

House fit our group of 9 adults just fine. Home is outdated, think Brady Bunch, but clean and accessible to slopes and downtown. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location, easy walk to Main Street, restaurants, hiking trails and pool. This condo worked out well for our family of 6, including 2 young grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of space to relax without feeling we were on top of each other.

Great Location

Clean and spacious (albeit dated) unit in great location, easy walk to town. Only negatives are poor lighting in the first floor bedroom (maybe add a floor lamp?) and a garage door remote would have been nice.

Perfect place for 10 people. Only issue was windows need screens so that in summer we can open windows without bugs getting in. Walked everywhere and loved it

Great for a lot of people

It’s not updated, so it’s like a blast from the mid-90s. Other than that, totally fine. Tons of beds, plenty of bathrooms and everything was clean. Great location and the sauna was awesome!

Perfect location. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the mattresses could use updating. Property management was great to deal with and allowed us to leave the keys in the unit instead of dropping them off after our stay which was very much appreciated!

Very Spacious Very Close to the lifts

We had a great stay. This property is as close to the lifts as you can get. Very easy walk to the lifts. It is also very spacious. It isn't the most modern of places, but, the pictures show that and price reflects that. So.... Very Very Happy

Lovely property, perfectly situated by ski lift and downtown Breckenridge

We had a wonderful time in this well-provisioned, spacious property. We enjoyed the provided puzzles and had everything we needed to cook all our meals in the kitchen. It's just steps away from the Peak 9 base and downtown Breckenridge. We appreciated the humidifiers available in every bedroom and having enough space so everyone in our large family was able to get away if needed. The property was clean and well-kept. Thank you!!
