Highlights include an expansive great room with endless ocean views and multiple seating areas, 6 master bedroom suites on the mid-level, a mid-level den with a wet bar, a recreation room and theater room on the top level and an elaborate outdoor area with pool, hot tub, covered area with a bar, shuffleboard, and a sauna on the lower level. An elevator (not ADA compliant) allows easy access to each floor so no need to carry groceries or luggage up steps. NautiGal offers rejuvenation and relaxation for friends and family. Pets are family too, so don't forget to bring them.

Nags Head offers something for everyone. Local Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Shopping that includes the Outlet Mall, Golf, Fishing, Movie Theater, Arcade and Putt Putt, Jockey's Ridge are all within 5 minutes of the home. The Aquarium on Roanoke Island, Bodie Island Lighthouse, and Kayak/Jet Ski rentals are all within 20 minutes of the home!

Beach Access Information – Village at Nags Head

All homes in the Village at Nags Head are located between Mileposts 14 and 15, with community beach access and a bathhouse available at approximately Milepost 14.5 (4329 South Va Dare Trail).

Parking passes are required to use the private beach access, and this home provides two parking permits for your stay. Guests staying in our oceanfront homes will enjoy direct beach access from the property and may not need to use the parking permits.

NautiGal is a Family Tradition

Our Stay at Nautigal

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nautigal was basically as described with cool amenities like shuffleboard, billiards, and a theater room on the main level, which came in handy during the bad weather we experienced; however, beware that the technology is dated and the router dropped on almost every TV during our stay requiring us to use hot spots (and we couldn't locate it to reset it), and the projector is so old that we had to change the resolution on anything we wanted to watch or the display would drop. The rooms are also very small and more than one of the thin comforters was either extremely thin and/or torn so that the stuffing was coming out. When we arrived, there were at least three dead cockroaches on the pool deck, and we saw several during our stay alive and roaming around the house. The house itself is situated on the beach, which would have been great except that no one had cleared the 3.5' deep sand from the seating area overlooking the water (unlike all of our neighbors), and that on the two nice October days we had, the beach was unusable until the afternoon because it was full of cars parked on top of each other for surf fishing - not the owner's fault, but certainly not expected or advertised. This house is nice and has a lot of potential, but it could really use some updates and a good cleaning. Other pros were the hot tub and the elevator, and the pool was nice although it didn't appear to be heated as advertised and got shaded very early in the afternoon so we didn't use it much at all since it was too cold.

Always a great week in the OBX

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather was a little challenging but overall we had a great week like always in the OBX. The wind was a crazy a couple of our days and the sand and water conditions weren’t nice. The location of the house is very nice and the layout worked for us. Unit does need a little TLC and has a couple small issues that we were able to fix or the realty office responded with a timely fix would definitely use Beach Realty in the future and would also consider this property for a future stay

Disappointed: the owner should embarassed to take our money

Reviewer Comments: Ran out of propane on the 3rd night(monday night) of our stay and was not rectified until Friday morning. Forced to grill outside during rain storm Ernesto.One of the 2 dishwashers had mold so we couldn't use it. The icemaker had mold so we couldn't use it. The hot tub had rust so we did not use it. One of the steps to the beach was broken and dangerous.The floors were filthy. The outside furniture swing cushions were worn and dirty looking. Other than that the house would have been great.

House was beautiful

Day 1-3 the elevator did not function which made unloading luggage difficult for my older parents. Also, the sauna, which was a huge draw for us never functioned and was never fixed. Two big ticket items did not work properly. It also felt like the house was not used/ prepared for our stay. Dirty water was backed up in washing machine/ice maker was rusty and did not work, hot tub was overflowing with hose in it running on our arrival. And although the pool was closed for the season it was uncovered which was fine, but there was all sorts of dead crabs in it and it was filthy compared to neighboring houses. The house is great, but it’s management is sloppy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a pleasant experience at this location. A few things were taken care of during our stay. A broken toilet seat, pool heat and the elevator needed attention which were all taken care of in time. The backyard was not swept up on arrival which caused a lot of excess sand within the downstairs area. We did love the open area in the upstairs it really kept everyone together with activities and cooking. The extra pillows and blankets needed some attention in the closets. We did love how the house was decorated it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Main problem was storm the day before we arrived blew soo much sand all 3 decks and outside chairs and tables were covered and unusable. The 30 inch broom was inadequate to clean and still so much sand that even after you wash off your feet, walking to the house picks up and tracks in huge amt of sand and vacuum cleaner marginal pick up power. No response to my request someone w leaf blower come clean off decks and furniture. Sliding doors and screen tracks partly inoperable because filled w sand. Available hose too short to reach car to wash off salt spray.

Mismanaged Paradise

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been visiting the Outer Banks since I was a small child, and we've stayed in almost all of the towns, so I've seen a lot of the OBX and different rentals. Now it was my turn to plan the family vacation, so we did several searches to find a place that would hold the whole family. When we arrived on Saturday, we received notice that we could enter the property at 3:57, but when we arrived we found the cleaning crew just arrived. You could tell they were rushed, but they did an ok (but not great) job. As the week went on, the lack of maintenance/management on the property became apparent. I know this region is prone to frequent storms which make a mess, but the decks, pool area, and windows were covered with sand. When we notified the rental company they responded that they "would put in a work order". By the third day, my Father in Law and Uncle had spent 12+ man hours removing sand and hosing off decks and windows so the rest of us could enjoy those areas. Later on, the ceiling started to drop debris due to a condensate issue on the AC, which was again met with "we'll put in a work order". Finally in the middle of the week, Grandma woke up half the house because there were cockroaches in her bathroom (cockroaches and other bugs were found in other parts of the home as well). When we requested an exterminator ASAP, we were met with "we'll put in a work order". By the end of the week, the pool was full of sand and debris with no way to clean it -- it would have been nice if they at a minimum left a pool vacuum or ideally had a mid-week pool cleaning. All of these issues, and we didn't once see anyone come out to fix anything. Beach Realty dropped the ball here.The house is laid out well for a large family, but until Beach Realty fixes their maintenance issues, I would not recommend staying here (or any other Beach Realty property). We've stayed in many rentals over the years, and this was the bottom of the barrel by far.

Ready for a large, family reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any issue we had, ie not enough tp or mini soaps when first arriving, was immediately addressed. The can opener broke. We called and it was immediately replaced. Then we found another one. Sorry. Loved the big table that could seat all of us.There was one 11 year old and all the rest of our group of 15 were young adult to aging seniors. Everyone one was happy! Actually used the theatre room for screening family trips! Just bring cords to your devices.

A week at the beach.

Fixed with phone call and plumber visit. Upon arrival – two main lights over island in kitchen burned out – fixed with phone call and visit. Upon arrival – bedroom toilet running constantly. Fixed with phone call and plumber visit. Not reported upon arrival, but not working: Jets in hot tub Speakers at pool Dresser drawer knob in master bedroom not working; man who came to fix it took the knob away and never returned.Housekeeping: Upon arrival, two beds were made only half way; one had only a top sheet, no bottom, the other only a bottom sheet, no top Upstairs floors dirty upon arrival. Dishwasher not emptied upon arrival. Counter top appliances not clean upon arrival. Area around the pool, filthy. Rocking “bed” on second floor balcony is filthy.Conveniences Bathrooms lack hanging areas for towels and wet swimsuits. Each bathroom has only one hook and one circular hanger. For two people? How about a tea pot for the kitchen? No beach chairs.

Beautiful Home - Unresponsive Rental Agency

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful, spacious & has many fun areas to build memories with family. The theater room was a nice area. The bar in the back was perfect for charcuterie & snack set up. The projector flickered in & out constantly. Very disruptive to our movie enjoyment. The rental agency was contacted but never came to investigate or fix it. The kitchen is a great space to prepare meals together. The mixer needs replaced. The rental agency was asked to replace but never responded. The gas grill was filthy & there was no gas. The ice maker in the bar area was full of mold. The rental agency was informed but nothing was done. The swinging beds on the decks were wonderful!! Everyone enjoyed sunrises, afternoons & evenings from these! Fabulous! We were really looking forward to the hot tub. However, it was dirty and the jets were not working. The rental agency was contacted. The service agent stated that she would contact the hot tub maintenance company, but nothing ever happened. The dune walkway access is a great idea but it was entirely filled with sand. Our elderly family members could not get to the beach very often due to the difficulty of climbing the dune. The rental agency was asked to supply a shovel for us to clear a path, but no one ever came out. We offered to do it OURSELVES !!! Overall, our family enjoyed being together in this home. We were ignored by the rental agency. We will not rent from Beach Rentals of NC again. The agents that I spoke with were very nice, but NOT ONE of our issues was addressed. I would recommend renting elsewhere.
