Thank you Madison for your review and feedback. Yes, it is quite normal for a refrigerator to have overnight to recover from loading a large amount of warmer items into the device. We apologize that we did not inform you of that before your arrival but trust that the fridge recovered overnight as is normal. We also apologize for the HVAC issues you outlined here. We've generated a follow up task to check the system and ensure it is working properly for future guests. We want you, and your food, to stay cool during your stay! Hi Rebecca, Sandfiddler is a wonderful property that is popular and well-loved. I'm sorry you felt differently about your stay there. You did complain about the pool, but the pool was closed (which you knew before you arrived). You complained that the pool cover was unsafe before it has tears in it, but no one is supposed to be in the pool area, it's closed, so it doesn't matter that the cover has some minor damage to it. There's no safety issue unless you're playing in an area you're not supposed to be playing in. The hot tub wasn't a health violation, it's was simply not as clean as it should have been, but we sent someone out and it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. You did name a number of things on the inside such as some broken blinds and torn screens, but none of these items were refund-worthy. Lastly, you also complained about the "property could have been cleaner," but refused to let us come do anything about it. Your husband told us "give us a refund or we'll leave you a bad review," and here we are.

Judy, We regret that you were disappointed with this rental in 2019. Lots of changes have occurred since then so please come back.

We are not aware of any issues with the door not working until check out time. We've not heard that issue raised before. We appreciate you letting us know.
