Located in beautiful Shorepine Village, this roomy three-bedroom, two and a half bath Oregon Coast Vacation Rental offers beds for up to 8 guests! This pet-ok home features a three-sided gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, a large soaking tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fenced backyard. Only a short walk from the beach, see what adventures await at Dune Grass vacation rental!

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, large ensuite with double sinks, and a private full bath. Large guest bedrooms offer plenty of floor space along with comfortable sleeping accommodations. On the main floor, there is a cedar walled enclosed porch, perfect for relaxing in the morning sun with a fresh cup of coffee. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV in the living room, or step outside into the fully fenced backyard with gas grill and patio furniture.

Shorepine Village features a convenient wooden boardwalk that provides access to the beach at a moment's notice. At this beach access, you will enjoy a much quieter and peaceful setting than the busy Cape Kiwanda area. Spend your day's beachcombing and end it with a bonfire under the stars!

Magnificent views

We brought our seven kids and two dogs for almost an entire week. We loved being right next to the ocean but also having a neighborhood to bike ride in. The tacos around the corner were amazing and this home was perfect for our vacation!

Great location

This is our second time staying on Barefoot Lane, first time in Dune Grass. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Cozy home, well equipped. The bikes and beach chairs were a bonus. Cozy beds, clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Misleading

It first started with bad communication. We did not have the code to get in the door or any access until we actually physically called the place to get that information. The house was very old outdated, very dirty walls with dirt and paint scrubs on them barbecue place were nonworking chairs, and patio furniture. Outside was all broken.

Furniture falling apart, deck dangerous to walk on, etc.

I'm reviewing this property to warn guests about the accuracy of the description. You won't be enjoying the deck! Most everything inside worked...most of it. Mostly clean. Not sure why the property manager agrees to represent the property as it is online - they put all the blame on the owner. Definitely not worth the price I paid for family members to enjoy their stay. Maybe they've taken down the photos by now - we rented four houses. This one was the most egregious. I will say the manager was responsive with other issues. Small consolation, however. We will very likely not use Vrbo (certainly not the property manager) again.

Our stay at Shorepine village.

The pictures online for this house were very deceiving. The pictures made it look bigger and brighter than it actually was. The house was suppose to accommodate 12-15 people, it lacked in this area. While there was enough sleeping area, it feel short in other areas. The kitchen was the most noticeable as it was what we like to call a #1 butt kitchen. There was very little room to move and cook. The pots and pans were so small we had to use all of them on all 4 burners to be able to cook for 12 people. Seriously, buy some bigger pots and skillets. They didn't leave enough dish soap or t.p. we had to go buy more. They said there are bikes to ride and there were bikes, but most had flat tires or the breaks didn't work. They tell you to park one car in the garage, we had to rearrange the stuff in the garage before we could get our car in it. They did have chairs to take and sit on the ocean, this was nice. It is a clean and quiet neighborhood, this was also nice. Overall, I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this house to friends or family.

Nice location but not ready for check in or clean.

House was not ready for check in...towels still in the dryer, dog poop all over the back yard, ants in the kitchen countertops not clean. Very frustrating to have to deal with this when you arrive and just want to relax.

Attention to detail

Overall we enjoyed the stay. However, you may want to take into consideration the things that we found for future guests. Used Kleenex on living room floor. Dirty fork under bed. Poor communication regarding surround sound, too many remotes. Writing on bathroom mirror when shower is in use. Blue painters tape on bathroom cabinet. Sticky kitchen cabinet handles, dirty dishes in cupboard, dirty kitchen counter. Food crumbs on living room carpet.
