This stunning 4-bedroom home offers a supreme lifestyle experience. Set on a generous allotment, this position overlooks the 6th fairway of The Sands Golf Course. It is an easy 1.5km stroll to the Clubhouse for drinks, meals and tee off!

This property is Custom-built, is single-level and hosts family living with ease, allowing people to come together for lively gatherings in the spacious open-plan living area, or retreat to the second lounge room for quieter times. The main hub has a wealth of north-facing windows that flood the stylish interiors with warm natural light, and provide unhindered outlooks over the backyard to watch the kids playing in the luxurious 5.9m x 2.3m 9-seater Leisurescape swim spa and spa bath which is heated all year round. The under-cover decked alfresco/entertaining area lets you soak up the sun whilst cooking up a storm in the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Sun lounges, dining setting, an outdoor shower, re-bound ace basketball court and tennis wall complete this fun outdoor zone. The property is fully fenced and kids will love it, but please use all facilities at your own risk, always supervise children).

The well-appointed kitchen has quality appliances, butler’s pantry and Nespresso coffee machine, while a distinctive stone island bench with bar stools will be the site for sharing food and conversation. A beautiful dining table will be the site for memorable holiday meals.

All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. The King-size master bedroom is zoned for privacy, with ceiling fan, walk-in robe and sanctuary-style ensuite. Three more bedrooms include a King-size bed and 2 x Twin Single bedrooms (one of them can be set up as a King bed if requested at the time of booking).

A central bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity, and the laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Further highlights of this spectacular home include Wifi, Smart TV’s with Netflix/Foxtel/DisneyPlus connectivity, dining/living area with gas log fire, split system heating and cooling in the main living room, and stunning polished concrete floors with zoned heating for enhanced comfort and luxury.

The Sands estate is an exclusive neighbourhood within Torquay, with direct back gate access to the the 6th fairway of The Sands Golf Course. The house is situated a short drive from Surf City Plaza, Torquay North Shopping Centre, main Gilbert St shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to beaches (White's Beach 1.7km away), parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available for 3 cars.

Closest train station 30km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne
