Sweet Caroline lives up to her name. A lovely spot to spend a weekend (or longer) when in Orange. A walkable distance to Summer street and a short drive from the vineyards, Sweet Caroline is in the perfect location to explore by day and get a peaceful rest at night.

In a quiet location yet only a 20 minute walk away from shops. Home was nice and cosy and fitted my needs. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Good communication with host. Got a partial refund when one of the guests pulled out of the booking. Good find for a bunch of adult friends wanting to go on a trip together, as it's rare to get all queen size rooms. Dropped something that rolled under the bed and there was something like a used towel or piece of clothing left under there though. Was potentially gross so I wasn't game to touch it.

pet friendly (not in my opinion)

The house is ok - quite comfortable. We only selected this property as we were travelling with dog. I have been very dissapointed each time we have used Stays as there is little visual on website with the yard fencing etc. Calling a property pet friendly is more than just saying the owner is ok about pets, Its about safe secure indoor/outdoor spaces .This property was high risk - the fencing is poor ,the back gate barely secure, there are noxitous plants in the garden and garden edging is sharp corrogate. There is no tools or facilities to dispose of waste and people walk past all the time day and night, we were anxious for pet safety the whole time.

Could of been just right!

The property was on point for our needs. Unfortunately there was an issue that needed fixing. We were greatly impressed with the property manager. He exemplified efficiency, problem solving, care for our needs and excellent manager. We had to move as the repair needed to be responded to while house not occupied. We were then moved to a very pleasing property which I cannot resist saying how amazing the new property was. Though the present accommodation would of suited us, if there wasn’t the turn of events that unfolded. I highly recommend the property manager Danial who was concerned, hospitable and understanding. This reflected in his integrity and in his performance .His efforts made our time in Orange enjoyable. We hope to return and will look at property his company manages.Thanks.

A neat and handy house. Warm and cosy with great heating. Has good amenities and possibility to self cater. Photos show a BBQ but this is not available. A easy walk into town. Possibly not the best house for taking a medium sized dog. The side fence is extended up with bamboo that is in need of replacing while a small wire fence near the front gate is very low.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear that you found the house neat, warm, and cosy, and that you enjoyed the heating, amenities, and convenient walk to town. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the BBQ and the fencing. We're sorry for any disappointment caused by the BBQ not being available, and we'll review the listing to ensure it accurately reflects the property's features. Thank you as well for highlighting the fencing concerns for guests travelling with dogs. We'll pass your comments on to the property owner for consideration as we continue to improve the property. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Lovely accommodation in great location

The house was just as described and located in a lovely part of Orange, walking distance to some lovely cafes. We travelled with our young son and puppy - there is a large, well-maintained and secure backyard which they both loved! Very nice stay, definitely recommend!
