Guest access
Full access to entire home, except for 1 room on side of the home as addition is locked used by host for storage. There are 2 parking spots for 2 cars. Maximize parking allowed are 3 cars.
Other things to note
Restrictions: No parties and/or events. Families only. This is a quiet community - please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours 11.00pm to 8.00 am. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. Subletting not permitted. No PETS.
