Fantastic Sunny and Warm February

Thank you for the opportunity to share your house in The Grand; a very quiet and safe community. From the very functional layout, to a very well equipped kitchen and clean household, this house is located a short 10-15 minute walk from the Granite Falls facility and about a 20 minute walk to the Adobe Centre. We spent much time in the private, sunny, backyard relaxing, dining, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The patio furniture was very suited to enjoying the backyard to the maximum. The use of the bicycles and brand new golf cart made our month long stay very enjoyable. The support we received from both Sandra (owner) and Jenn (property manager) for any issue was quick, efficient, and very much appreciated.

A pleasant stay

This was our second stay at Desert Bliss and as enjoyable as ever after a few small hitches at the beginning. The house is well furnished and management was responsive.

Beyond Expectations!

Entering the main living area we were beyond happy! Love the open concept and bright sunshine coming in the windows, the tiled flooring, comfortable couches, large dining table and a kitchen that lacks nothing. The spacious master bedroom bed is so comfortable. Loved having the use of a walk in closet. I also liked that there is a 2nd quieter sitting area off the kitchen that my sister and I would use. The home is beautifully painted and decorated to suit what you would see in Arizona. And then of course there is the incredible outdoors. Start the day with coffee outside relaxing in lounge chairs. Use the pool multi times a day. Use the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining. You could easily be happy just staying and relaxing at this amazing home but the area has so much to offer and have fun. With four golf courses right there and the golf cart in the garage who can say no. On Fridays at the Adobe Centre they hold a dance for seniors and we went and had such a fun time. When the music started the dance floor was packed. So much fun. Enjoyed a few of the good restaurants in the area too. We also took in our first NFL game and it was so much fun. Wanted to see what a tailgate party was and there’s nothing like it. So much to do in Surprise Arizona! Hope to be back some day!

What a great vacation!

There is nothing not to love about this gorgeous property! Desert Bliss is a great name for this home. The main living area is huge and so welcoming, the decor beautiful, and the chef in you will love the well-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom is ridiculously large with a separate seating area and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom is super comfortable and although we didn’t use it, there is a lovely wall bed in the office. The backyard is hard to beat. Although the neighbors are great you’ll rarely if ever see them. It’s so private and peaceful back there… I can’t say enough! I could literally stay out in the yard all day, relaxing, enjoying the view, the pool and the hot tub. However, then I would miss all of the activities going on in the neighborhood of Grand, including karaoke, dances, music bingo, and so much more. There’s two huge fitness centers with indoor and outdoor pools and I believe four golf courses. We will definitely be back! And I wanted to note that the guest service manager was fantastic.

Can’t wait until my next trip. This will be our fourth time and we just love it. The home has everything you could possibly need as well as a beautiful pool for relaxing.The complex offers champion golf courses and amazing sport facilities plus great entertainment.With a perfect location for shopping or site seeing. Great stay, as always!

This was our second time staying at this home, and it was just as nice as the first time! The kitchen has every possible pot or pan or utensil you could possibly want. All the comforts of home were found throughout the house. And the hot tub was very relaxing! Marvin, our local contact, was very helpful and quick to respond to any need.

Enjoyable Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay in Desert Bliss for 10 weeks. The house is spacious and well furnished. We found lots of cooking equipment and appreciated the supplies for housekeeping and laundry. The golf cart met our needs for transportation. Marv, the manager, was responsive when called. Improving some details could make the visitor experience more enjoyable. One would be to see about making the furnace and pool pump operations quieter. However, we would recommend this listing for a pleasant stay.

Needs Major Renovation/Updating!!!

Spent 3 months in this home. Property Mngr, Marv, was extremely quick & helpful in addressing problems. Couldn’t have been more cordial and accommodating! Owner is lucky to have found him. The house is well located within The Grand, is convenient to community amenities, and has a very livable floor plan. The backyard pool was a welcome feature during our Aug.-Sept.-Oct. stay, and the outdoor landscaping is quite nice. The golf cart is an added bonus. The primary bedroom king bed is very comfortable. HOWEVER … major interior renovations are badly needed! Kitchen, bathrooms, and tile floors are all original to the house and are terribly old, worn, and outdated. Many of the furnishings, window blinds, and bath towels/bed linens in hall closet are also very old and need to be replaced. The glass French doors in living area leading to back yard have no window coverings at all, and provide zero shade from direct western sun all afternoon, as well as zero privacy at night. The air conditioner is noisy in the bedroom & hallway area—and coupled with bright back yard landscaping lights shining through old blinds on primary bedroom windows—makes sleeping at night difficult. The owner was not willing to adjust the timer on landscaping lights due to security concerns. The clothes dryer is very old & noisy and should be replaced. Until renovations are made and these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend renting this home.

Everything was beyond perfect. Had everything you can imagine, pool, huge kitchen and living room, large outdoor space by the pool. The complex has so many things to do and such a friendly vibe. Live bands and activities made this trip so great. Met so many great neighbors. You can do as much or as little as you want, relax at the amazing pool or go to one of many fun activities on your golf cart. My favorite were the dances, I learned some moves from new friends and made lots of wonderful memories.

Perfect in Every Way

We are fortunate to frequently rent vacation homes. This vacation home is perfect in EVERY way!!! The location: on a quiet corner of the golf course with almost complete privacy. The house: updated in every aspect. The kitchen is fully equipped. The king size bed is VERY comfortable. A golf cart is provided. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and beautiful and there are pool floats also. The property manager: outstanding and very helpful and available if we had questions. We cannot bear the thought of renting any other home in Sun City Grand. This is sheer perfection!!!

Beautiful home! Very relaxing!

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at this beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool—eating breakfast every morning by the pool and then swimming laps or just dangling our feet poolside. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. The neighborhood and nearby walking trail was nice for early morning walks. The on-site property manager was very responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Perfect Winter Get a way!

This property was as perfect as pictures show. Kitchen fully stocked with any utensils you may need. The pool and patio area was so wonderful for relaxing and entertaining friends. We loved driving the golf cart over to the pavilion in the afternoon for treats and listening and dancing to great music. If you can imagine it this community has a club for it. Everyone was so friendly and interesting. Our property manager, Marv, was always available for any questions or concerns we had. Mostly techy stuff 🤦🏻‍♀️ We have stayed in many beautiful homes in the past and this beautifully decorated home in the perfect location has to rate at the top. Thank you for the privilege of spending a wonderful month in your home.

Amazing and so peaceful

This was such a peaceful, relaxing stay for us. The pool was definitely a blessing and lit up so beautifully in the evening. Back yard overlooks the golf course with amazing sunsets. The house is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Golf cart in the garage made it so much fun and so easy to get around. Two bicycles were also available for use and you could cycle or walk a trail 5 minutes away.

Exceeded Expectations

Photos don’t do justice to this amazing house. Everything is top of the line and kitchen and bathrooms have been well stocked for visitors. Everything is easily accessible from the location. The use of the golf cart made navigating the resort and local stores fun. The pool was a blessing, especially on those very hot days. Will definitely be back.
