Perfect location

We absolutely loved staying here! Host was flexible with check in/check out times. Location was perfect for a wedding at Mystwood.

The perfect little cottage

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and the cafe next door was such a bonus. The host was fantastic to deal with also. Highly recommend 😊

Lovely place to stay. . .but read on

Lovely place to stay. Clean, spacious, quiet - great service at the cafe and lovely village. However, you need to be fit and agile to manage the stairs to the bathroom. They really MUST be replaced before someone does some major damage to themselves (I’m sure they are not up to code.)Other than that,

Weekend Away

Ideal location if don’t want to travel all way to the vineyards and want a different experience and pleasant drive from getting off at Peats Ridge exit instead of going all way on M1.

The place was bigger than expected and had all the amenities necessary and location in the heart of the small town was perfect. Lovely and accomodating host with easy communication for a last minute booking

Wollombi myrtle cottage

Was beautiful would throughly recommend. First time I’ve visited the town and it was amazing!! Will come back communication was perfect and beautiful place to stay :) thanks again!!

Accomodation

The cottage was lovely, however due to arthritis I would rather all one level. The larger room next to it would be more suitable. Lovely place though and would stay again.

I found it difficult to manage the stairs into the bathroom. Nothing to hold onto when utilising them.

Just a short getaway

Really enjoyed our time in Wollombi. Lovely comfortable little cottage in the heart of the village. Enjoyed checking out the history of the lovely village & surrounds. Good day trip

Besides the shower not working properly had no pressure and the heater wasnt really functioning the overall stay here was good right next to the cafe owner was very helpfull in helping me check in it was more then enough to attend a wedding thank you.

Great stay !

Great spot and very comfortable. No milk on arrival but brought my own long life so no problem, Cafe next door fantastic but does close early afternoon. It does open at 7am for coffee and 8am kitchen. The steps up to the bathroom have to be managed carefully !

Enjoyable

Very nice, a toaster and/or microwave would be handy for early risers, not having to wait on cafes to open. Clear instructions on getting tv reception. Otherwise nice and perfect location to everything.
