Dogs are permitted with a refundable $300. pet deposit and $200. non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be on a flea prevention program. Dogs only. No cats, birds, etc.



Long weekends available off season -- call owner.



Bed Linens & towels provided. No beach towels or hand towels.

Boat mooring available.

Handicap Accessible Bathroom and Shower

Wifi Access is provided.



HEATED POOL & FENCED YARD



New Furnace and Air Conditioner on 1st Floor. New, independent, Sanyo A/C for 2nd Master Suite on 1st floor (2 Wall-Mounted, Ductless A/C Units, total).



Ten (10) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement cost for any missing or lost badges.
