Perfect Location

This will be five years in a row that we’ve rented at Reunion. This is our favorite. The house was located near the tee box so we didn’t have to duck every time someone tee’d off.The house was roomy and very clean. The pool area was very roomy with plenty of chairs and tables.The AC and heat worked well and the media room was a big hit.We did have a couple of items that needed attention. I was blown away by how quickly Magical Vacations responded and addressed them. Top notch!

Beautiful Home

The property was exactly as described. There were a couple issues reported and the management company responded right away. The issues didn't disrupt our stay at all. In fact I told them they could address one issue after we check out and the other issue wasn't discovered until check out but I reported it. The house was exceptionally clean. We felt very comfortable. It was a home away from home. I only have one suggestion. There should be black out curtains in the theater. That would take watching movies up a notch. We will definitely be back.

Lack of follow up

We asked in advance to have the pool and hot tub to be heated which was an added cost. They never heated them and we never received a refund. We where extremely disappointed because that was what sold us on the property. Everything else was great

Thanksgiving Vacation

The house felt like a home away from home. Very specious, tons of amenities, and very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, zero complaints.

Summer 2022 Family Vacation Comments

For the most part it was clean, but there could be improvements. One bed had crumbs, the den floor had some debris, the sofa table had debris due to lack of dusting, and crumbs on the floor in the loft at arrival. The pool was not clean. The pool should be cleaned regularly without having to call for service. The Kids didn’t want to use the pool due to insects and debris. However, the house was beautiful and the neighborhood was great. Just make sure the cleaning crew does a better job.
