Very clean, well equipped kitchen with useful items, very confident location to downtown. Very friendly and easy ot work with the owners. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

Great stay in Frisco

The condo was very nice. Was clean and comfortable. Close to main Street so we could walk to restaurants and shops. Woody was great to deal with and when we come back to Frisco we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

Easy walk to Main Street Frisco. Easy drive to multiple ski resorts. Pool is wonderful and the hot tub is ok but hits the spot after an active day. Condo is cozy and clean!

Winter getaway

Great location. Communication with property owner was very good. Would stay there again. Great access to several ski resorts most within 20 minutes of the condo. Condo is very close to downtown area, very convenient.

Woody is great!

Stay was good and place was just what we needed. Location was central to Summit County ski resorts (we followed the snow reports as to where we went that day). Woody was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here to others.

Condo was just as advertised. Easy to get inside and clean. Close to town. I would recommend to others. The owner was very communicative.

You can't beat the location!

This property is exactly as described. We loved the location. It is walking distance to main street, hiking trails and the bike path. The unit was comfortable. Even though there is only one shower, I like that there is a half bath in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Snowboard getaway

Property was fantastic! Great location for both main street Frisco and accessing I-70 to Vail (27 minutes), Breck (18 minutes), and Keystone (23 minutes). Owners were great with instructions on accessing building and the amenities were exactly what we needed for our week long stay in Frisco. Will absolutely be looking to use this property for our future CO trips!

Hiking trip

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend kayaking/hiking trip. The condo is in the perfect location to walk everywhere, so once we arrived we did not need to drive anywhere! The condo was a 5 minute walk to downtown Frisco, a 10 minute walk to the marina, and close to several hiking trails. Thr condo was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Snowboarding getaway

The condo was exactly as listed, with everything you need for your Frisco stay. The hot tub and pool were an excellent perk especially after a fun long day on the slopes. This condo is in the perfect central location to get you to all the mountains for your ski and snowboard trip, Vail 30 min, Breck 20 min, and Keystone 20 min. Would also be an excellent place to stay in the summer as your surrounded by any and all outdoor activity you can think of. Walking distance to the Main Street in Frisco was also key. Was able to grab drinks and dinner with only a few blocks walk. Definitely recommend!!

LOVED THIS CONDO!

This cozy, condo with contemporary decor was great in every respect...from awesome cleanliness, accuracy of online listing to location (a 5 min. walk to Main Street, Frisco) for restaurants, pubs, shopping, and free bus shuttles to all amenities around town, as well as, to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts and an 8.00 RT bus fee to Vail. We did not need a car. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a propane fireplace, an open-concept, modern kitchen with dishes, glassware\mugs, utensils, pots\pans, and basic items, such as condiments, coffee, and spices, this condo is homey and very comfortable. We did not hear any noise from adjacent condos or the neighborhood. Frisco is a cute town and we felt safe day and night with nice homes on the adjacent street. The property manager quickly responded to questions we had before booking this condo and contacted us a few days in advance of our arrival with the details for our check-in process. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Not sure it was worth it?

Spent over $1600 for a 3 night stay. So many fees, two sets of taxes, and then after we booked, the rent price dropped on the dates before and after our stay by over $100 per night. Swimming pool was not usable during entire stay. Hot tub was filled with folks every evening….not large enough for the number of units. For more than $500 per night, I could’ve stayed in a swanky hotel. Next time I probably will do that and spend my savings on meals out. Condo is fine, you pay for the location. Owners are very nice, the kitchen is well stocked, best one I’ve seen since covid. Also, on our first morning around 8 or 830am, someone tried to enter the condo. We had the deadbolt on so the door would not open, and we rushed to see who it was, and it was some woman running down the steps who said “wrong unit” as she ran away…..and then 2 hours later, I get a guy knocking on the door. I’m alone at this point, so I open the window blinds, no he wants me to open the door. I open it a crack because this guy is one step up from a homeless dumpster diver, who is carrying some ratty clip board that’s seen better days and claiming to be the “property manager “ wanting to come in and do his “biweekly inspection for the owner”. My right eyebrow went to heaven, and if looks could kill he’d be dead and he wisely said “ummmm I’ll just mark the unit as occupied and be on my way”. Yeah, you do that. So, word to the wise, do NOT leave anything of value in the condo as multiple people obviously have access and will enter the condo when you are not there. And for $500+ per night, I don’t think it’s asking too much for the pool to be open and to not have multiple entry attempts on our first day. If I were the owners, who are incredibly responsible and seem very engaged in their property, I’d dump Evolve, and I’d dump VRBO because the fees are excessive.
