Lovely Stay, Clean House

This is a lovely house with many thoughtful touches. It is fully stocked and there were some breakfast items and snacks left by the host. Homemade biscuits were definitely a hit. We watched deer every day from the back porch and had visits from the cat. Quiet peaceful location close to town. The host is great and very communicative. Appreciate them sharing their place.

Beautiful home - secluded setting

If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming full sized home in a secluded setting, you might choose this property. Hosts are close by, but never seen, and provided first morning breakfast and all stay coffee ans snacks. Lots of places to gather and be together. Just minutes from restaurants and shopping.

Perfect!

Location was excellent. We were a little concerned with the owners living in the property, but they were totally unobtrusive, and it was no issue at all. The house has everything we could need, and then some, if we ever have a reason to travel to Mountain Home again, we would not hesitate to utilize this house again.

Excellent accomodations

A very peaceful setting with the surrounding woods but we were a short drive to the lake or downtown. Living, eating, and sleeping arrangements were excellent. My husband really enjoyed the whirlpool tub. I hope to book this again in the fall and highly recommend this location.

The home was a great venue for a 90th Birthday dinner celebration, providing the space for everyone to interact freely, as well as a gas grill for food preparation. It was a very nice open place to stay for the long weekend, as we participated in family events.

Tranquility, Serenity, & Peacefulness

Needed a quick last minute recharge as a birthday gift to self, and this was perfect. The home is nice, cozy and inviting. Views, rockers, chimes, and master tub and more are just great! I had everything I needed/wanted except a blender but that didn’t ruin anything. Chris & Craig were super nice and even blessed me with a gift. They also respected our privacy and didn’t intrude. Yes I recommend and would return!

Wow!

We spent a very relaxing week at the house. It is equipped with everything. Check out the kitchen supplies before you get groceries. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading while listening to the running water in the pond and the soothing, deep wind chimes. I believe they thought of everything you may need, including a fan in every bedroom for those who enjoy that at night. We are recharged!

Right at Home

The home was clean and beautiful, and the host was beyond friendly. I would definitely use Evolve again to book a vacation stay over AirBNB, and would stay in this home again given the chance! The whole family had a wonderful time and we were very comfortable.

Wonderful Surprise

The property was so beautiful and spacious! The owners were so kind and welcoming. Mrs. Chris had made homemade biscuits and jam for us for Saturday morning breakfast and it was delicious. They were always ready to help and they had great snacks in the house for us. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Great Hosts!!

I really don’t think there could have been a better place to stay while we were visiting in Arkansas. This house is gorgeous with so much character! We did not want to leave! Surrounded by nature, we were visited by a deer near the pond on our first night. The hummingbirds were always putting on a great show on the back deck. And I can’t forget to mention Silas, the cat. What a sweetie! We really enjoyed his visits…so friendly. And Chris and Craig are just awesome people who made us feel right at home. We were a little unsure about staying somewhere where the hosts lived on site but it turned out to be even better! They were right there if we needed anything. We enjoyed visiting with them. AND they had a breakfast ready for us for the next morning! Highly recommend this cozy mountain home! Thanks again Chris and Craig!!!

Perfect location and house for our family. Owners were super nice and welcoming.

Home was in tip top shape with every amenity we could ever need or want. Kitchen was awesome! And the layout of the home was great. Everyone loved the sunroom and we were in there often. Comfortable, cozy and clean house. We would highly recommend.

Great house

The 4 of us had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and comfortable. We met the owner, she was very friendly and accommodating. The house has everything you need and more. It is located in the country, very quiet and peaceful, yet close to town. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back!
