There is undercover cycle storage in the huge carport, a new bathroom/laundry with washer and drier and a shared ground floor storage room with electric drying racks, a steam press and small vertical freezer.
Upstairs is an airy studio loft style space. A kitchen you can cook in, with induction plate, double hob, microwave, slow cooker, wok and electric frypan. The cleaning fee is a one time charge not a nightly charge. So the longer you stay the cheaper your nightly rate. It covers the cost of laundering your bed bath and kitchen linen, cleaning the equivalent of a small house, and the cost of cleaning products and appliances used.

Charging your electric car using our power is not permitted. It is a safety and insurance issue for us. Chargers are available at both supermarkets.
