Cute, but dirty

Property looked great online, but was not very clean when we checked in. Air vents were horribly dusty and the furniture was so dirty that you didn't want to sit on it. Location was great and check in process was easy.

Great place

Wonderful place to stay, the only downside was the access code wasn’t told to use properly and the thermostat couldn’t be changed but overall a great place to stay, very close to everything we wanted to do!

It was just ok

We checked in on a Sunday. We got into town a little early so we decided to swing by the grocery store. I received my code right at the check in time which was fine, but when we arrived they were still there cleaning. While they did let me put things in the fridge, we then had to sit on the landing outside the room for an hour waiting for them to finish. The master bed is so squeaky it woke us up every time one of us moved. The carpet is stained and gross. Other than that, it is in a great location, a short drive to the beach and other fun activities.

Golf trip

Communication between me and Evolve was good, however communication between me and the person in charge on condo not so good. Evolve says after you are fully paid to contact the property manager for door codes immediately, however the property manager does not respond. After two emails and a phone call they finally got back to me a few days before my trip. You start to wonder if I was just scammed. Things finally worked out but i was a little nervous.

Nice place

This place was comfortable, quiet and is in a good location to all the sites. 8 minute drive to the beach. Beach parking costs about $3/hour or max $15 per day. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, umbrella, etc. ,the condo didn't have this supplied. The pool area is small and can get crowded but we only used it once during our stay, since we prefer the beach. The condo was fairly clean, but does need a deep clean. Dust was caked on fan blades, ventilation fan intakes, picture frame tops, kitchen walls were greasy around stove, but this isn't bad enough to be a deal breaker. The kitchen does needs an equipment update, pots and pans they were well used and falling apart, and didn't have oven mitts. The fridge did have a few broken drawers. I didn't like that I couldn't change the lock code on the front door and the place didn't have a safe to secure our important items. I didn't get any emails from the host about check-in info on the day of, but did call and got the info at check-in time. I did have a few minor concerns that I emailed about and did get responses in a timely manner. Overall we had a great time and we did enjoy the condo. potsand pans update.

Location, Location, Location

The property was clean and well maintained. The location to the beach, restaurants, stores, and activities were perfect. A few items needed attention in the condo, but other than that, we had a wonderful visit to Myrtle Beach!

Dirty getaway

The condo we rented was disgusting. Stains all over the carpets, and bedding. For the price we spent on a rental fee, we expected a clean and healthy accommodations.

Okay stay

The stay and property was great. I didn’t like the large bed it is very very noisy couldn’t sleep cause the creaking. . Also the ac control would continue to return to 68 degrees after I changed it to 76.
