The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*washer/dryer in the condo.

*Wi-Fi and cable TV available.

*golf ground view from the balcony.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

*Easy access to both Hwy 17.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located at Magnolia Place, 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.



Getting Around:

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
