The house was amazing. My only complaint was not being able to get the temperatures below 73. It’s a big house and it was hot the whole time we were there. Also the landscapers showed up early Saturday morning. It would be better if they came during the week. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was so fun and the many bedrooms was great!Thanks,Aubrey

Excellent North Scottsdale house

We loved our stay. House had everything we needed. Excellent supply of pans & seasonings for cooking. We had difficulty with pool heater but property manager helped us troubleshoot. We picked a few lemons from the tree & used them, such beautiful outdoor space. Beds were comfortable. Only good things to say!

Carefree Visit

The property is very nice, roomy and comfortable but some of the amenities advertised were not available or working as advised by our host. One issue we noted was that the hot water supply was not adequate to service all of the showers if they were all in use at the same time. However, overall it was a pleasurable stay.

Great rental, angry property manager

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for our adult children and grandchildren to stay in. The house was perfect for what we needed! It was well appointed and conveniently located 7 minutes from our home. One suggestion would be better lighting in the family room. Our options were harsh can lights with no dimmer switch or one table lamp that was insufficient for the space but,again, just a suggestion. Really the only disappointment was the way we were treated by Wes, the property manager. Not sure if he just had a bad experience with rowdy college kids or if it’s just his overall demeanor, but he was just a very condescending and sarcastic person by nature. My 30 year old son was driving in from LA with his friend and golden retriever with the intention of leaving the dog with my husband and me at our house. All he did was contact Wes the day of his arrival just to confirm that the dog couldn’t stay at the rental. Wes said no, the owner is allergic and has a strict no pets policy. No problem - he drove straight to our house to drop her off. The next day my 38 year old daughter answered the door to find Wes there unannounced, supposedly to see if everything was okay but she said he was trying to walk in and she stopped him but he was trying to look past her, clearly looking for a dog. Not appropriate! Eventually we all started referring to him as Angry Guy. When we couldn’t find the code to turn on the hot tub we all jokingly argued over who would contact him. There are more incidents too long to get into but the owner should know we were not a bunch of crazy party people (in fact, we didn’t even drink). Just a family of nice kids, oarents and grandparents looking for a place to gather that had plenty to do for the kids. By the way, they loved the pool! Would rent it again, but Wes might need to take a chill pill and get a little sensitivity training.

Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed. The location was near grocery stores and other shops in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is amazing with lots of space to prep meals, and everything that you need to stay in and cook meals-even the pots were All Clad! Everyone enjoyed the back yard, pool, and spa. We met Wes, the property manager at the property and he showed us around and went over everything we would need to know for the home. We had a wonderful stay and if we come back to Scottsdale we would stay at this property again.

Our host, Wes, was great and very attentive with quick response times to any questions. Only issue is the A/C is cotrolled by the owner and kept at 75°, which got a little warm for those hot night sweats if u like to sleep cool. Overall, I would recommend this property and would definately return to stay again.

Excellent house

The house was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, the dishes, pots, pans, etc. were plentiful, and I know this isn't a common comment, but the kitchen knives were sharp! (I've been in too many rental with dull knives that make cooking a pain.) The property POC was very pleasant, accommodating, and responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. The house is located near some great golf courses, which was perfect for our trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable house

Had a great time at the house. Very well equipped. A few areas could have been cleaner. Such as the big windows to enjoy the view to the pool. Overall great house.

None of the amenities worked, no pool net to clean pool, pool chemicals were off, house was beat up, kitchen cabinet doors falling off, tp and towel racks falling off the wall, no key to fire table to use, which description says is available.

Golf Getaway

We were pleased with all aspects of the house a perfect fit for six adults. The weather was a little on the cool side , so the host heated the pool and hot tub which was very nice.

Great house, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this with 4 total couples and had an excellent time! The location is wonderful, almost to Carefree so houses are spread out, and it’s just a 5 minute drive to a nearby desert conservation area with many trails to walk. We loved getting up every morning for an early walk/hike. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we spent most of our day in the water since it was in the 90’s. But there’s nice shade also if that’s what you prefer. The open concept indoors was perfect for meals, games, and hanging out. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. The only surprise was you aren’t able to use the fires pictured on either side of the hot tub since a previous guest cracked one...but that was no problem for us. The pool and hot tub have really great water features and lighting schemes that make the ambience and more than make up for that! And there’s another fireplace you can use if that’s what you want. Overall we had an awesome time and loved this location!
