Beautiful golf course home located on the 15th hole of the Club Link golf course, Le Maître in the heart of Mont-Tremblant. Three bedrooms and full walkout basement afford ample space for friends and family alike. The perfect backdrop to everything in the Laurentian Mountains, 7 minute drive to the ski hill, 500m to biking and cross country skiing on the Petit Train du Nord and 5 minute drive into Saint-Jovite ensures all of life's necessities are close at-hand. Take in the sunset on the deck, lounge around the heated pool or let the fireplace gently illuminate the family room while you enjoy relaxing after a day filled with adventure. The space
Bedrooms:
The house has three bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom on the second floor including a master-suite (king bed and ensuite), two queen bedrooms. The master bedroom has a golf course and mountain views. One thing to note, is that the bathroom on the third level is only accessible through the master-suite. There is a 3-piece bathroom in the basement and also a powder room on the main level.

Kitchen / Dining:
The fully-equipped open plan kitchen provides all of the amenities needed to prepare a feast for your family and guests. Get everyone together in the dining room which seats up to 8.

Living Room:
The expansive living room enjoys fulsome views of the golf course and mountains. With direct access to the patio and garden, this space will be at the centre of your time with us. When night falls, curl up on the sofa and Netflix & Chill. In the colder months, light up a fire in the fireplace and curl up with a good book.

Finished Walk-out Basement
The basement has a large living area, a murphy double bed, 3-piece bathroom and laundry room.

A few other features are an XBOX for the kids, Amazon Firesticks on each TV for access to your Netflix, board games and an outdoor BBQ.

Property Amenities:
Le Maitre is a Club Link property, with access to 4 season activities on the premises (beach on river, tennis, heated pool, spa, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, playground). In addition, the club house is a four-minute walk where you can enjoy a meal and drinks without having to leave the premises.

In and around Mont-Tremblant
The local area is a cyclist and hikers paradise. Explore the hundreds of kilometres of bike and hiking trails that are available right outside the door, (Le Petit Train du Nord cycling and walking trail on a converted railway line (234km long) runs right through the golf course).

For golf enthusiasts, the region offers numerous championship courses with magnificent views of the Laurentian landscape. Notable courses include, Le Maitre, La Bête, Le Diable and Le Géant.
