Lots of little stuff
I guess we are used to more personalized care from all the other vacation rentals we have used. Check in was terrible. There was very little explanation of how to get into our gated condo facility. When we finally got a person to respond to our phone call they informed us we had to drive 8 miles to pick up the parking permit, gate and house keys after we had traveled all day and had spent an hour trying to figure out how to gain accessto the property. Once we got there there was no coffee/tea, bath soap or shampoo with the exception of three tiny bottles to last for 10 days. There were strict rules on dealing with the thermostat so when it got to 100 we had no recourse to stay cool. The air conditioning worked fine in all of the house EXCEPT the bedroom. So we slept with the door to the outside wide open which isn’t a safe alternative . The internet was sketchy and when we called to ask for assistance and left a message the property manager never responded Other then that, the location was good, the pools and the grounds were well maintained. The bed and bedding were fine. We would not stay there again.
