From check-in to check-out was smooth. The house is in safe, quiet neighborhood. Major grocery stores 5 minutes away. The house is nicely decorated and bright. That was my only issue because I work nights. The back yard common area is really nice. Great place!

Very Pleased

The property is very well maintained, I met the owner, great guy, he is hands on, very personable, not intrusive. Was avaliable for suggestions regarding various attractions in the area, and available for any concerns. The pool at the property is very well maintained, I had no complaints or dissatisfaction with the space or property, I stayed for two weeks There is a Planet Fittness a block away, which I used daily, which was very important to me, there are many good restaurants within a few mile radius. I never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. It was an easy drive to Bal Harbour approximately 4 miles away, beautiful buildings, stores, restaurants, beaches and parks. I rented bikes and rode up and down the coast, down to South Beach and South Point Miami, South Point is stunningly beautiful, watched a Carnaval Cruise Ship leave port. Visited the Miami Design District (recommended by the owner), awesome experience, went to Little Havana, both within a half hour drive of the property. I shot over to Ft Myers and Naples to visit some friends, easy drive. I would rent again in a minute and likely will, a very enjoyable experience!!!!
