Luxury Riverfront Vacation Cottage Located only 30 minutes from Kingston, Ontario

Secluded and Private. Ample space for social distancing for small or large family cottage rental. Guests must be respectfully of neighbors, no parties or loud noise at any time.
There are many unique benefits such as a fire pit, hot tub, pool, tennis court, ping pong table, pool table, access to the river, and lots of walking space. Not to mention 5 bathrooms and enough beds to comfortable sleep 14 people. Our cottage is close to Kingston Ontario and the famous Prince Edward County (Wine Country) where the you can find the Picton Sand Banks There is also ample parking for fisherman with many great fishing lakes around that you can easily day trip to.

This is a nice family place to get together chat and have fun

1.Check-out time is before 11am and check-in time is 4pm

2.The number of guests is fixed upon booking. If there is any change of guests or increase of the number of guests, the Tenant shall notify the owner and shall obtain the consent from the owner.

3.The person who signs the rental agreement with the owner shall email this agreement and rules and regulations of the rental property to all the guests for their review.

Team Building Getaway

The venue was a great one for larger groups, kyaking, fishing, swimming and hot tub were great. The grounds could certainly use a little TLC for weeding and general maintenance. It was a perfect getway to do a little work and of course play a little.

A very comfortable and enjoyable family holiday

The property has an enormous amount of potential, but needs a bit of TLC. There are a number of refrigerators, some of which do not work, but there is only a tiny freezer. There are many dishes, but few glasses. If you enjoy wine, there are only a couple of wine glasses. Wine is not served in beer mugs. There are not enough towels. However, the grounds are magnificent, the pool is great, the hot-tub remarkable. You can run, swim walk, play tennis, soccer, football, baseball.....There are wild rabbits, chipmunks, birds and other animals on the grounds. There are toys for all ages. We were 12: 8 adults, three children and one infant. We had a wonderful time. The young parents in the group would be ready to return.

Thank you for your review we will explore a larger freezer now that we are getting guests with longer visits. Since you left I purchased more wine glasses - I understand that 1 towel per guest may not be enough this is the first year we have offer them. thank you very much for your input.

Quiet Oasis

Our family retreat was a great success in this family oriented property. The sports fields and playground were big hits! The house provided so many things to do with the pool, hot tub, evening bonfires and games room, we never left the property. It was so quiet and peaceful, away from traffic and busyness. Very private and spacious! Totally enjoyable vacation.
